Always pleasant to deal with, and always sends gear out when he says he will.If you are looking for gear especially bass guitars I would highly recommend bass Bros (Will). He will help you with swaps/part ex etc and he does do quality basses and tells you exactly what they are like condition wise.

Recently bought a vintage fretless (without case/gig bag) and the box was exceptionally well padded, they clearly care about their work. The bass arrived on time and in immaculate condition. Have bought and sold through Will at Bass Bros and would highly recommend - quality service from start to finish.

Simple ways to purchase . Easy pick up . Bass all set up and ready to go . Fantastic communication and support from Will . Bass is amazing .

Traded in a few amps that I was no longer using and was given a really good trade-in value. I was offered a drink on arrival and Will was more than happy to chat all things bass for a while. He has a brilliant little setup and loads of fantastic basses on offer. I've no doubt I'll be back.

By bass players, for bass players. It’s been said before but never has a more accurate description been made of a company than Bassbros! I’ve bought and sold with Will many times and will happily do so again. Efficient, helpful friendly service and a cuppa for personal callers, Who could ask for more?

I have recently traded a bass with BassBros and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. I had great communication with Will from start to finish and a fantastic courier service. I wouldn’t hesitate you use BassBros again they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Good experience. Showroom was a little out of the way, but they had a nice space with a large collection of basses. Had plently of time to try stuff out without being pressured and was given a good price on a part exchange. Would buy from again.

Throughout all of these transactions I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and trustworthiness of Will. They have a fantastic stock of top quality basses and offer a bespoke service to buying and trying them. Nothing is too much trouble....I would recommend Bass Bros to any serious bass player. I’ve used Will at BassBros for quite a few transactions - both buying and selling. He’s quite simply one of the best around. Insanely helpful. I’ve had absolutely zero concerns with dealing with him. Purchased basses come well packed and sent quick, sold ones are paid for insanely fast and shipping arranged to suit. Bassbros are the first place I will look when I’m wanting something new or different. I do not want to even consider how much I’ve spent there! :)

I've bought two basses from Bass Bros now, A Zon two weeks a go, and a Stingray last year. On both occasions it was great. Both were very well set up (and further set ups are available if required). They have succeeded in making a trip there an "experience" like you'd get at a high end boutique. It's probable you could be spending a lot of money so the effort to make it feel special is very appreciated. It really is a nice place to be. Will is really friendly, down to earth, and really knows his stuff (a monster player too), and as it's appointment only you get their full attention.

They were very easy to contact, I've used phone, text, and Facebook messenger and they respond to all very quickly, and they are very flexible with appointment times.

Ordered a USA 60's P Bass reissue online. Price was reasonable, and the bass arrived in very good condition.

There was a bit of confusion around the personalised setup service they offer. I assumed someone would get in touch after placing the order to discuss my requirements. This isn't the case - you actually need to clearly state your preferences in the notes when ordering. I raised this with Will after receiving the bass. He was very helpful and managed to put things right straight away.

Very happy with my purchase and the service received. There's lots of other nice basses in stock too, so no doubt I'll be a returning customer.

I recently bought a rickenbacker 4003 2005 , the bass was a couple of Hundred cheaper than I had seen them, and when it arrived (3 days) it was absolutely mint, the set up they did for me was as I like it, I recommend Bass bros too anyone.

I bought a Fender Marcus Miller Jazz from these guys and the entire experience was top notch. Will deffo use them again.
