Worked with Zac last year on a bathroom install. He was helpful and got us good prices, although we'd already picked most of our items beforehand so there was no design involved. When we made a change to our plans, he got new items delivered quickly and took back the old one.

Visited Bassetts in June 2022 and dealt with Geraldine. She was extremely helpful and gave me the advice and guidance I needed to select all the items I required for two bathroom refits. She was extremely knowledgeable about the range of products and produced a very detailed competitive quote on the day that I was happy to accept and pay for. It was very good customer service from start to finish and I would recommend Bassetts to anyone planning a bathroom refit.

I am a wheelchair user and we needed to upgrade our en-suite to meet my personal needs. We intended visiting various bathroom suppliers. We made an appointment with Tracey Hendron at Bassett's Portadown. Tracey's knowledge was exceptional. By the end of our first visit we did not want to try any other suppliers. No matter what obstacles we presented she had a solution. We paid our deposit and it transpired that it would be 6 months before our plumber could start the work. Tracey kept in touch with us and totally understood our situation. Too many tiles were ordered and it was no problem getting a refund.
This lady is a real asset to Bassett's and although she had not been trained to design accessible en-suites she did a fantastic job.

Visited Bassetts Dungannon 07/06/22, great display of product. Geraldine was so helpful, we had a good idea of what we wanted and she sorted the all the product to suit our requirements. Our quote was with us within 24 hours. Very efficient.

Excellent service & Geraldine in Dungannon branch is always so helpful . She is so pleasant & nothing a bother for her. Gives great advice & so patient when the customer 'changes her mind'

Excellent range to choose from and extremely helpful staff. We had a bad experience buying a bathroom suite with another retailer in Belfast but Bassetts couldn’t have been more helpful. Quick delivery and Zak went above and beyond to help us! Definitely recommend.

This is the 4th bathroom Darren in Bassets has supplied us over the last 2/3 years.
Darren puts customer service first and delivered quality at a price that works for our budget. Nothing has been too much trouble even when I've just turned up last minute to make some change or addition 😀

Darren was very helpful all the way through. He provided a 3D design of the finished bathroom which was useful. Also he helped selecting the best products for the budget, he is very knowledgeable and the shop has a great range of products.

Decided to go to Bassets Boucher road branch for a full new bathroom suite, on recommendation from my parents who used Darren Roy for their last bathroom refurb.
I could not fault the whole experience we had with Darren. Not pushy, but advisory, knew every detail about each product I enquired about, lead times, cost, appropriateness etc. offered alternative design and product solutions eg wet room style, underfloor heating, but wasn’t pushing to upsell Which was refreshing to see. A customer first approach, great sense of humour, makes a good coffee and was super responsive. Flawless experience from start to finish, I really couldn’t have asked for a more stress free process and kept to our budget which was a priority for us.

Arrived for open weekend an hour early and one of the staff agreed to proceed with our appointment slot early. We went through our design brief and the engineer was able to advise on areas that we had not yet finalised, namely heating source and mechanical ventilation options. Some unexpected nice goodies when leaving. Was surprised not to receive some brochures on the recommended Bassett products that were suggested to us, hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

Very knowledgeable staff on hand to go through their product offering and very helpful in understanding my requests and offering solutions to meet my questions.

Excellent meeting with Matthew at Bassetts Self Build open weekend at their Heating Innovation Centre. We received great advice and it was so helpful being able to view the different options at their facility. We are now in a much better position to plan our ideal heating system.

We started at Bassetts Portadown where we met Brenda for the first time.
Many miles and bathroom showrooms later and we were back at Brenda.
By far the most knowledgeable, helpful and professional person in the bathroom revamp business that we encountered. (Keeping the other party in this marriage happy requires patience and therefore the many miles...)

What more can I say - Brenda knows her business from suggestions to putting it all together to final measurements and then the detail for all the little extras that I didn't even know one had to consider.

Thank you to Geraldine and the team. Very helpful , cheerful and friendly. Got good advice and everything we needed for tiling and heating in our new kitchen. Bassetts is our go to place.

Easy to deal with.

I had a clear idea of what look I wanted to achieve and Darren was able to give me a few options.
Orders were delivered on time and when I needed a few extra bits and pieces at short notice during the build Bassetts were easy to deal with and helpful.

I dealt with Fiona at Bassets and as usual I was delighted with the results. The quality of the products they supply is excellent and they are very happy to source specific items. Fiona was also really helpful with the design of my en-suite and the entire process from start to installation was seamless. I used another supplier for a separate job and regretted it. I cannot recommend Fiona or Bassetts highly enough.

I dealt with Darren from the Boucher Road, Belfast branch. The experience was fantastic from start to finish instore and the communication afterwards regarding delivery was 5*. The service we received from Stephen at Bassetts was exceptional, we are so pleased with everything. From coming out to our house to take measurements so they could create 3D drawings of the room, to helping us choose everything. Stephen went out of his way to help in every way. Plus everything was delivered to our door for free! 5 stars from us!
