Same experience as most people here. Ordered goods, they delayed the delivery and offered a refund which I agreed to then the refund never came. They are now in liquidation.

I have contacted the liquidation firm and my credit card provider. Is there anything else we can do?

Waited a month for delivery. Two different days for delivery given. order cancelled after 6 weeks with even being notified. Avoid this company at all costs.

I made an order with Bathroom Planet on 01/07/22 for over £2,000, on 05/07/22 they emailed to advise part of the order was not in stock. So i requested for the total order to be cancelled & refunded. I have since sent numerous emails to numerous 'departments' within Bathroom Planet and they keep promising a refund but nothing materialises. We are still waiting 7 weeks after the first request for a refund!!
You cannot get through to anyone by phone, its just an answerphone message. Emails are not always responded to in my experience.

This company is in now in liquidation. With the total lack of customer service and underhand manner in which they seemed to operate it's not at all surprising. After a month of waiting for a refund due from a cancelled order we are now over £340 out of pocket. The moral of the story.....always try to gauge the type of company you're about to deal with through review 'trending' and look out for the resurrection of these charlatans under a new name.

AVIOD. Complete con. Paid for goods that never arrived. Zero contact now from the company and the phone line doesn't work. Have had to recover the cost via my credit card provider.

I luckily paid by Barclaycard when purchasing from this company, so when they refused to refund me the money owed to me I was able to use Chargeback, I had my claim upheld and I’ve now got my money back. Awful company not surprised to hear they’ve gone bust.

Taken money for vanity unit, gave reasons for delay in delivery and then they have gone into liquidation.

I ordered a basin August 11th at 10.52am.
Went to check status of my order now but they've ceased business the very same day. I emailed the liquidators to get my £164.04 refunded will update if outcome is positive

Update: disputed the transaction and the bank refunded me. Look up for chargeback.

What a joke!

Ordered a corner basin and accompanying necessary parts. Promised it would be delivered 2 days later. Then received an email saying it was not in stock and a refund promised (end of July!). Still waiting.

Looking here and it seems they’ve gone bust - what a joke! Don’t take peoples money when you clearly never had the items in stock or any intention to fulfil the order.

The company has gone into liquidation and done a runner with my money review not likely 😡😡😡 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY GUYS!!!

There was a hiccup with the accompanying instruction booklet which did not cover that particular item. However, my plumber fitted it with no problems at all. Your email response was polite and quick and advice was helpful.

They must have know this and still took orders, been waiting a month for a refund and then I was notified they had been liquidated

They have gone into liquidation keeping my money - so no stars from me.

One of unreliable and untrustworthy business with false promises causing enormous problems to buyers.

Want to give NO stars really but no facility to do so, as we paid over £800 for bath panels and to date they have not arrived and are unlikely to arrive as we are unable to contact Bathroom Planet by phone, email etc they just seem to have disappeared and are ignoring us. Would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to stay away. Very disappointed and disgusted with Bathroom Planet. Just read that the Company has gone bust. Manky feks don’t clean up after themselves and because of this I’m gona leather the bloke getting the work done this is your fault

didnt keep in touch said the order would be in stock on the 11th August, this was the day they went into receivership, well chosen date!!

Haven't recieved my item after 9 days, the site says all between 10 and 4, number doesn't work.

Definitely a scam without a doubt!

I bought a vanity unit (£400), meant to be delivered on the 26th of July (it never arrived with no email apologizing or trying to reschedule) I sent one email to customer service, as their number just goes straight to voicemail every time.

I had a reply apologizing and saying it was a warehouse issue, they said it would be redelivered on the 5th of August - IT NEVER ARRIVED, AND STILL HASN'T!

It's been two weeks of emails and voicemails without a response and no refund given. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
