I have used BW3 IN B/Aukland for 5years, and can say from planning, installation and above all the backup service is exceptional. A 5***** company.

Called into bathroom world not expecting to find what I was looking for but then by asking Lucy some price enquiries - she gave some suggestions and my small bathroom came together so simply will her amazing help. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very big thank you to Lucy and the team at Bathroom World. From the minute I walked into the showroom I was guided every step of the way to getting our wetroom refurbishment done to a degree better than we could really have expected. Communication was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of everything that went into the wetroom was outstanding. I won't hesitate to use Bathroom World again when I next need something doing. Look out existing Ensuite, your days are numbered.

Excellent service I purchased a Joy mixer tap with waste at a very reasonable price and Lucy was very quick replying to a question I sent her about the delivery of the package and she kept me when the parcel was despatched to me.
I even had a couple of sweets put into the packaging.
I cannot fault this company and I highly recommend them and Lucy is a credit to the company.

Fantastic service from all at Bathroom World used these guys for years. Helpful and fantastic staff from design to loading up your car up and everything in between and beyond .

2 months for the same item from another supplier and had just canceled after numerous false promises.
We have now collected THE NEXT DAY.
We will definately be using Bathroom World if we need anything in the future.

Visited several bathroom showrooms looking for our new Bathroom suites. Victoria at Bathroom World 3 designed three lovely rooms for us. We're so happy with the results. The fitters did a great job too, and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Lovely job. Thoroughly recommend Bathroom World!
