I've ordered a couple of items but the system wasn't letting me complete the purchase.
The support has been amazing and once everything was solved, I received my box at the door a few days later in perfect condition.

Totally recommended!

Very professional, item was dispatched promptly.

Ben is an absolute hero and is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in his field but delivers in a chilled and non- overbearing manner. Great bloke and store!

Friendly helpful staff who always take time to give advice and answer any questions i or my children have as newer Pokemon players. Highly recommend the shop.

Great customer service would highly recommend & definitely be ordering again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was let down last minute with a some birthday gifts. I found the same items on Bath TCGs website but wasn't sure how quick they might be dispatched, so I sent a quick message to their business WhatsApp. I got a reply within about 30mins, with the reassurance if I ordered them (soon) it would be dispatched the next day. They also said they'd take the items off the shelf while I processed my online order. The customer service I had was impeccable, the parcel arrived the following working day giving me a few days to get it all wrapped and ready! I can see myself being a repeat customer after such a positive experience! Thank you!

Very accommodating. Overall nice people and everyone is really very helpful. Great MTG products available of course...

Had just what we wanted at a much better price than what Amazon wanted. We ordered from Bath TCG and it was bagged up and waiting for us when we got there. The lady there was very friendly.

Well laid out website and quality customer service, as well as speedy delivery, will most definitely keep in mind for TCG products again
