I was kept informed of my order and it was delivered promptly so I was very pleased with the attention I received. As yet I haven’t opened the package as I’m still awaiting my tradesman, I’m sure it is perfect.

Product delivery was sooner than one would normally expect.
As to the product, time will tell as it is still in its box, due to building material delays.

Bathware Direct からの回答
Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that. We had your order sent directly to you from the supplier so you would receive it as quickly as possible. The downside of this is that we have less control over the freight process but there is no reason that you shouldn't have received better communication. Our records reflect that it was delivered two days after it was ordered but I can see you asked about it after that. Please contact us if you still need assistance as we would be more than happy to help. Thank you for your review so that we can improve our systems.
Great products & service!
