Competent and efficient
The lady who came to do a general cleaning of the house was not only competent, hard working and efficient but also very friendly and pleasant. I was very satisfied with the help provided and extremely pleased with the result.

Friendly and reliable batmaid
Diane is a warm and animal-friendly person, always in a good mood and is cleaning quite quick. If she has some minutes left, she always asks if she should do some extra cleaning. For our needs she is a perfect and a reliable help.

She is a nice lady who take into consideration the tasks that we asked her to do. She manage her time well and comes always with a smile. There is always room for improvement as any other job.

I really appreciate my cleaning lady.
She does the extra mile however sometimes she goes to quick (because of time) and doesn’t see the smaller details.
Happy every time she passes by.

presque parfait
Le système est très avantageux pour le client:pas de ménage si on s'absente plusieurs semaines, une remplaçante si on le souhaite en cas de maladie, un feedback donné après chaque service, une équipe faisant preuve de professionnalisme et très à l'écoute..
Mes regrets:
- un des rares métiers sans formation ni qualification aucune, on peut avoir de la chance ou pas.
- Pas d'assurance pour les petits dégâts

Service client déplorable et batmaids inégales
La première batmaid etait super: tout était propre, bien rangé et cela sentait bon. Jusque dans les moindres détails. Elle a arrêté son contrat avec batmaid et la suivante ne nettoyait simplement pas l'appartement. J'ai envoyé des photos des moutons de poussieres et des traces sur le lavabo (elle avait rapidement passé une lingette, accumulant ainsi la saleté), mais le service a refusé de me rembourser la prestation. J'ai donc perdu 60 euros et 2 heures de mon temps, puisque j'ai dû tout refaire.
