We are so impressed with Bats Plus! My husband ordered the wrong bat by mistake, and they were so great about swapping it out for the correct one. Even with the change, it still arrived in just one business day. We'll definitely be back—thank you!

You need to know more about the product…
You need to know more about the product you sell. I asked a simple question with the response being ask the manufacturer. My question was how thick is the bat grip and there’s only 3 thicknesses.
