My aftercare experience with Battersea Smiles following my Invisalign treatment has been unacceptable! After following the retainer requirements as instructed. I contacted the practise back in April 2026 about concerns regarding tooth movement and to gain clarity on whether refinements were included in my treatment package (as I am still within my post treatment 12 month window). Despite sending multiple follow up emails Battersea Smiles responses avoided answering some of my questions and then eventually stopped responding entirely.

For a treatment that costs thousands of pounds, this level of aftercare is disgusting. Patients deserve clear communication and support once the first stage of treatment is completed, not silence! Based on my experience I WOULD NOT recommend Battersea Smiles for Invisalign, especially if you value reliable aftercare and professional accountability.

Top dentistry and care given by dentist Heather and dental nurse Maryam. Any nervousness I had were put aside with their friendly and reassuring manner. The receptionist Alessia was also friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this place! I went in to inquire about Invisalign, drawn in by an 'offer.' I first spoke with a doctor who quoted me £1995, but then another doctor said it was £2095. When I finally tried to book, they hit me with a shocking £2995! This place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. It feels like a total scam, with no one communicating properly. They clearly don’t care about their patients—just about ripping people off. I only went there because it was nearby, but I deeply regret wasting my time. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster!

Asked me to pay a 100% up front deposit of £65 for my hygiene appointment and then about 2 hours before I was due to go in they told me they would have to cancel for technical issues. When I asked for my money back they told me I would have to fill out a form before they could issue a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Friendly and nice people. Got a crown done. And the work was ok. But the best thing is that they are faster than anyone else in the area.

Went for a free Invisalign consultation and wasn’t shown the free simulation of how my teeth could look as advertised for free. It was confusing as was told whilst in the chair I had to pay £250 to continue. I paid and I wanted to see what could be achieved with Invisalign, left and waited for the next step which was an email saying I could view my clincheck, I’m presuming this is my possible results and treatment plan? Yet I had no luck logging in to view this and never have been able to. Over 24 emails, several phone calls to the practice, weeks at a time of not hearing back from them I am nearly 2.5 months since that consultation absolutely no better off in my Invisalign journey and no access to the clincheck I paid for and out of pocket by £250. Battersea Smiles have refused to refund me and their customer service has been dreadful. I called Invisalign directly and they apologised and agreed Battersea Smiles should refund me and I can go to another dentist to start my invisalign journey. But Battersea Smiles refused my refund and yet I still have no access to what I have paid £250 for. I should be a few months in to wearing invisalign but yet I’m no better off just £250 lighter. Stay away from this practice, absolutely ridiculous experience and painfully ripped off by £250.

Amazing team! I booked my Invisalign in October 2021, got them in 2 weeks from the appointment and now we're almost done with them. It's been so fast and reliable!
