if i could rate zero i would, this is the worst place for customer service and if you have a faulty product it takes weeks for them to reply

Kept cancelling my order a few days after paying for it. Refunded but not fully and items still for sale on website. No reply to my emails.

You say text or call, please give phone number to call from NZ.
Last refund was only partial so I am over $9 out of pocket and receiving nothing. At least give me my money back, better supply goods as advertised.

I received an email notification on 3 Sept that it has been shipped, only to get a notification 8 days after (11 Sept) that it's out of stock? Seems disingenuous to say something is on its way, when in reality it is not.

The battery lasted 2 uses and started smoking. Now doesn’t work at all

Ordered from here as the products were showing as in stock (other sites were showing as out of stock). Took 2 weeks to be dispatched, during which time I was asked repeatedly to review the product. Then finally once product was dispatched it seems to have been lost in transit with no current advice available on its whereabouts. A month so far with no product and no direction on a solution.

Excellent price for replacement parts for vacuum cleaners. I'm a return customer, the service is great.

Very helpful and knowledgable sales technician assisted my initial telephone enquiry and provided me with great comfort that the bigger capacity rechargeable battery that they supplied was perfect match for my vacuum cleaner.
Dispatch was same day via very prompt postal service, and I am a very happy customer.

Postage was very fast, the batteries were well packaged.
Quite lightweight for 6A batteries so if you're in need of a true 6A get a
8 or 9A .
All in all for the price they do work.

First of all parcel sat there for almost two weeks. Chased it up with order number to be told it was on its a way no reason for no action prior and confirming what the item was with order which was totally not what I had ordered. So they said sorry posting this item....not even my item...then another sorry it's coming...not good enough...asked for a refund and refused.

I ordered a battery through Bunnings Marketplace only to find that the supplier was Batterymate. They listed the product as "in stock". Six days later a payment invoice arrived by email with a tracking number. The tracking indicated that the item was with Australia Post. Six days later, no progress on the shipping. I called the 1300 number for Batterymate and was cut off twice. Finally got to a real person who informed me that item was not in stock but was expected in a few days. So it MIGHT actually be posted two weeks after the order. Absolutely no communication from Batterymate about the delay. This is appalling customer service.
