Horrible ordered back on March 4th with express shipping and still haven't received my package. Its been sitting in Springfeild NY for 11 days. I have called multiple times, texted, and emailed no return on any of them.
It did take a lot to finally reach them but once in contact they made it right for a very frustrating situation and the singlet arrived 3/18!

My wife loves the battle fit gear I got her! And when I had an apparent delay with an order, customer support was prompt, patient, and professional and gave me the benefit of the doubt. Really appreciated!

I order 3 different fight shorts. They took over a month to get here. I emailed a few different times with no response. They did send a couple emails saying I would receive a tracking number, took forever to actually get one. They say it takes a while because every item is handmade when you order it. It is obvious from the quality of the product that this is not true. They take so long to come in because they ship from China. Finally got my shorts. They are very thin and low quality. Mine ran a bit small, but I can squeeze into them. In addition, they don't show it well in the picture, but one of them on the leg says, "More than just a fighting." More than just a fighting what? Or was it supposed to say more than just a fighter? Who knows. But the poor English skills aren't helping them. I'll never use this company again.

Top arrived in good time. Was design and size ordered. Looked good, is comfortable and has washed well.

Perfect fit in size L, and I love the unique Norse design! Already ordering compression pants for training. This shop is fantastic—thank you!

Took over a month to receive my order, reached out twice and only got one response. Then my order arrived, incorrect in the wrong size. They say they would refund me all but shipping cost, and they needed me to confirm I changed my negative review before they would do the refund. Currently still waiting to be refunded. They have since refunded me and offered to send the correct gear. Ill update my review to 2 stars, but still a rough experience.

UPDATE:
Package arrived on time and ahead of schedule. battlefitgear did whatever it took to make this happen and correct the issue.

I am extremely disappointed with Battlefitgear. I placed my order on November 30th based on their estimated 2-week arrival time, ensuring I would have it in plenty of time for Christmas.
After hearing nothing, I received a last-minute email stating it will now take over 30 days just to fulfill the order. Because of this lack of communication, I have missed the Christmas deadline and am left scrambling for a replacement gift. To make matters worse, their website still claims that December 4th was the cutoff date for holiday delivery, which is clearly false advertising.
If you need your gear by a specific date, look elsewhere.

Really happy with Battlefitgear! The equipment feels solid and high-quality, and it arrived faster than I expected

Good product, great designs and good value 😎.. Took a little while to receive it but, part of the process these days. When possible, I’d rather support the ‘little guy’ than the bigger ‘A’, ‘C’ and ‘W’ where there are knock-offs of the original product sometimes.

Horrible customer service and no returns even after items didn't fit

Clear and concise communication after my mistake in the order confirmation. The product is a tight fit so order a size up from your typical size. The design is rad and the rash gaurd is really quality.

The singlets I ordered were great! Fit well and looked good and a decent price. I love the variety of styles.

Bad quality, leggings see through and were too big.
I asked to return and thry didn't allow it . Gave me half a refund and a pair of leggings I will never wear.
I was looking forward to receiving them as well

Ordered 2 singlets and knew that it would take a little while for delivery so that was fine. Went by the sizing guide, and to be fair it's pretty much spot on. What I am very disappointed with is the quality. The material is thin, and the stitching doesn't look great in a few places. At least they were cheap, but I'd be happy to pay a little more for better quality, as the designs are great. I can't see these lasting a hard training session.

Also note, if you put critical comments on their social media posts, BFG will delete them.obviously not receptive to criticism.

Update: battlefitgear.com have now sent me a grovelling apology, stating how they are doing everything they can to process my return.... Everything except actually telling me how to return the items.
The response reads like it was written by an AI.
Reduced to 1/5.

Buyer beware. If a brand has no comments on their social media posts, it's because they are deleting all the bad ones

I received a new rash guard as a gift this year for Christmas. It was the same size as all of my other rash guards, so I assumed it would fit. It did not. The companies policy on a customer miss order (wrong size) is zero returns / exchanges. WOW!
I have never experienced that type of organizations policy and will definitely look for things like that before ever support with my business.

BUY ELSEWHERE. If what you order does not fit, you are just out of luck. They will even ask you to lay your purchase down and take pictures with a tape measure for them. Not because they are going to process a simple size exchange or a return, just FOR THEM. Who in today's world sells clothes and doesn't allow for a simple size exchange? I'll just pay more for better rashguards from REPUTABLE COMPANIES with real customer service from now on. Took a chance on a different company, got burned.

Actually I had a rough start with my order. However, after numerous emails everything was worked out. Battlefitgear was very diligent in responding. They were very courteous and understanding. I had purchased two awesome t shirts for my son for Christmas and the shipping didn't go smoothly. Battlefitgear worked through this with me. The shirts are fabulous and my son absolutely loves them. Thank you.

The design of the leggings were good but I found the size guides were not helpful. I measured my waist at 29" so ordered size XL The leggings were way too big, hanging off my back and the legs and ankles really baggy. They actually measured 30" without being stretched.
On the order page it states: NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED BY CUSTOMERS WITHIN 30 DAYS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
It should be made clear if your items do not fit correctly YOU CANNOT RETURN IT FOR A REFUND.
I was not offered a refund after sending photos and measurements.
You need to be aware that the size chart is for items measured flat which is not necessarily the same as your size (if the item is made of lycra and stretches) If you order the wrong size, you do not have the option to return it (even unworn) so you have to be sure of the size you order.
Matter was resolved with Battlefitgear 6 weeks after my email.
