Ordering is easy and delivery efficient. I bought tobacco and vanilla salt - for the third time. Love it! I also ventured out and bought the tobacco and vanilla body butter. I am slightly disappointed that, to me, the fragrance is not the same. I still like it though.

Please can you tell us which order number you are referring to?
This is unusual feedback, as we use the maximum amount of essential oils in our formula & hand pour & mix every bottle.
Can we also just check that you shook the bottle before use? Due the thickness of the formula sometimes the oils can get caught in pockets, but it’s nothing a thorough shake won’t fix

Love this body wash
I ordered two body washes both were ,peppermint and sage !! After useing felt really refreshed and tingly !! Love the smell not to strong but subtle ,will definetly be re ordering

Ordered the new and improved shower…
Ordered the new and improved shower gels, what can you say, made an already fantastic product better. It’s thicker, lathers up just as well as the original, if not better and the smell is still amazing.
Can’t praise these shower gels enough, they are absolutely amazing

Disappointing and therefore overpriced.
Overpriced for what you get, overall a bit disappointing. It’s not really a gel, very watery, it doesn’t go very far, and the scents just aren’t very impressive. The concept it great but definitely some improvements to be made.

Thanks also for that feedback. We’ve just tweaked our formula to make it thicker as we also felt that the consistency should be a bit more Gel like. We recently launched Shower Gel V2, with a much thicker formula, which has the effect of making the scent longer lasting (as the oils are more evenly distributed throughout the Gel).

Shower gel is thin and although the qty in ml is clearly stated the bottles give the impression they are bigger from internet images. Scent does not stay on skin for long.
Updated. The team have improved the viscosity and tell me that it results in a longer lasting fragrance too, so a win win.

Can we ask which fragrance variance you ordered? We’ve recently tweaked our formula to make it thicker, but the part about the fragrance not lasting doesn’t sound right, as we use the max amount of essential oil possible.
Can we also ask what gave you the impression that the bottle was bigger, so we can look to make this clearer in the future?

The Bave products are amazing!
The Bave products are amazing. They smell and feel great and go a very long way. I’ve tried the bath soaks and salts and recently the new shower gels. Delivery is quick, packaging is compact and environmentally friendly which is always a plus. All in all, they’re an amazing brand, affordable luxury for your bath and shower times!

Thanks too for the feedback and we're glad to hear you like the fragrances. We're currently working on a new formula that will be a little thicker in consistency whilst maintaining the strong scent. This will be less runny and easier to apply.
We're hoping to have our V2 Formula ready in the coming weeks and so we'll let you know when we launch.

My purchase was a gift so I can only comment on the delivery and communication which was both really good came within the maximum 5 days delivery well packed and recyclable and I knew where the package was at all stages of the delivery so all good .
