Doing Burlesque choreography every Saturday became the highlight of my week. It allowed me to tap into my body and my feminine power. I highly recommend these classes to people who have always wanted to dance or do burlesque but have been too afraid. The classes are super accessible, fun and great for all levels! Just do it!!

The floor dance training is very fun .. During the training sessions, I learned the correct techniques for floor movements, balance, flexibility, and smooth transitions. Yael the instructor explained each step clearly and encouraged us to practice regularly. The training also helped me improve my confidence, coordination, and teamwork.

The performance is also a great opportunity to apply what I learned during training. The choreography is just amazing and has helped performed with confidence and good expression.

Overall, the training and performance were valuable learning experiences. They helped me developed my dance skills, discipline, and self-confidence. I look forward to learning more techniques and participating in future performances.

I do belly dance technique with Nat and her classes are great! The combination of technique and belly dance grounds me and brings me to present while playing with my body to drill the movement and make it beautiful. I am very happy BAW has a studio in Farringdon and I can attend on Mondays!

Baw Dance is an incredibly welcoming and supportive place. It’s a space for discovery, where every woman has the opportunity to build her confidence, reconnect with her self-esteem, and feel empowered.

It truly feels like a community. The classes are excellent, but what makes the school so special is the atmosphere of encouragement, kindness, and genuine support among everyone there. I've felt welcomed from the very beginning, and it has been a wonderful place for personal growth as well as learning.

I absolutely loved my belly dancing classes and choreography! After a very difficult year, these classes completely restored my body confidence. Nat is an amazing teacher—she is so incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and she created such a supportive space. I still can't believe I actually felt empowered enough to perform in front of an audience. Thank you, Nat, for everything!

BAW has made me have routine and made me find something that I always want to attend regardless of any stresses in my life. The community is amazing and supportive and no one feels "othered," whilst not only accepting, but actually embracing and celebrating our differences, whether this be cultural or dance style or whatever it is! The instructors are amazing, patient, full of energy and very genuine people. Something I've never been able to find in another dance group, despite being part of many others along the way!

I've thoroughly enjoyed Nat's Belly Dancing Technique classes. They're a wonderful way to start the week! Every class is different, keeping things fresh and interesting, and while they can be quite challenging at times, I always leave feeling energised, accomplished, and happy.

Nat does a fantastic job of keeping everyone engaged and makes sure to explain all the movements clearly, which helps build both confidence and technique. The music is always great too and adds to the fun, motivating atmosphere. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to improve their dance skills while having a great time. 💃✨

Everyone is so inspiring, amazing community. If you are a dance passionate and looking to take part in a connected and cohesive community, I totally recommend BAW dance.

I’ve been part of BAW for a while now, taking belly dance classes with Nat and floorwork with Yael, and I can honestly say it has been a beautiful journey.

Thanks to them, I’ve grown so much in confidence. They’ve helped me step out of my comfort zone and feel much more comfortable and connected with myself.

Both teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They create such a safe and empowering environment that allows you to grow at your own pace.

Totally loved the Monday night technique classes. So much fun, really relaxing and at a pace that was easy to pick up. Nat is a superstar and looking forward to rejoining later in the year!

I recently joined as a guest performer at BAWs winter showcase and I say with all certainty, this company is amazing.
The commitment and dedication that was shown by everyone from student, to instructor to owner was immense, and you could see all the love and support between everyone.

I just finished 6 months with this dance company and it’s with a heavy heart that I say goodbye and head back home. It’s such a beautiful community of warm souls and teachers that are genuinely passionate and want to connect and bring women together into such a lovely, supportive, diverse, community. The wonderful community vibes aside, if you are looking to learn a particular style of dance (I did bellydance and floorwork), the teachers are so incredibly adept and skilled in teaching and breaking down the fundamentals of whatever it is you’re learning, and they will have your back every step of the way. Highly recommend this dance company if you are a beginner and want to learn, at any stage or dancing or just wanna have some fun and meet some beautiful people. Will miss everyone at BAW! 💕✨

As a performer, from the backstage I could feel the kindness and professionalism of all the participants. I never received so many compliments before, it made me happy to participate in am event based on sisterhood rather than competition.
