Richard was very prompt with finding all i needed for my holiday, answered all my questions no matter the time of day. Very happy with the service provided.

I spoke to mark about booking a holiday he found me a very good holiday at a reasonable price he’s been understand and patient I’d recommend to book with him

From the beginning to the end I found Mark and Bayfinch Holidays very supportive, patient, efficient and inexpensive. They tried their best to fulfil our wishes. They are excellent for a bespoke Holiday. I tried TUI, Loveholidays and so on, they can book a short break in Amsterdam with flights, but not Eurostar one way and flight the other, where Bayfinch Holidays is a winner. I fount hem very patient, hardworking and cooperative. They gave us quite a few options with Hotels. Booked the whole holiday very quickly and sent all the documents straightaway. Mark was very prompt and efficient.
However, I couldn’t give 5 star for couple of reasons.
1) They are not ATOL Protected for short-haul flights. I didn’t know that. With the War and all that, I would have preferred a ATOL Protection. .
2) I did ask for a Canal-view hotel in Amsterdam from the beginning. They did offer me a Canal-View Hotel, but after accepting, I realised that it is not in Amsterdam, but in Vinkeveen, about 20km away from Amsterdam! Thank God I noticed, it would have been very disappointing otherwise. However, when I mentioned this, it was sorted out straightaway with multiple options for hotels in Amsterdam. No complaints!
I would not have any hesitation to use them in future.

Dylan was really friendly and helpful. I enquired about a quote for a short break away and I explained what I was looking for, what I can afford and when I could pay an Dylan got me the best deal I’ve seen so far and spoke to his manager to make things easier for me with the deposit which I really appreciated. He was also really quick at replying. Thanks Dylan

We haven’t been on the holiday yet but Mark has arranged everything we have asked for and has been on hand for us literally 24/7. He is polite, reassuring and professional and has got back to me straight away over any queries. Very good customer service.

Helpful staff

Damien has gave us several options for another holiday in Thailand which I’m sure hasn’t been the easier quote as we were wanting 2/3 different resorts to visit & wanted 4/5 * accomodation too !

Greg was lovely, listened to my needs and tailored a great itinerary for my Japan trip

Dylan has been great to work with - highly recommended.
Great communication, there but not pushy at all, polite, great holidays found too.

Dylan was very helpful and professional- made me feel less stressed when trying to book such a big holiday as Florida. Would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for a trip to the Maldives for my wife for sometime. I thought to try a travel agent and this has made everything so much easier I have been dealing with mark and Greg who made the effort to give me plenty options for hotels. I would really recommend this business.
