Bayho Support レビュー

Terrible service. Seems to be a scam. Ordered some vitamins 3 months ago and order has still not been shipped nor have I been notified of any shipping delays or when it will be shipped. Have asked for a refund multiple times but have still not heard back from anyone in customer support. Tried calling number on website and it seems to be disconnected.

Placed my order. paid $90, never received my order. chat is useless, customer support is not answering the phone. SCAM. STAY AWAY!

I placed an order Femarelle on 1/18/23. They indicated it would ship in 5 to 7 business days. The total for the order, including tax ($8.79) and shipping ($7.95) was $121.71. I emailed them about it on Friday and they sent me an email back today stating the item was out of stock and was not on back order. Therefore they canceled my order. However, when I went to their website, it is still available for purchase. Either they’re scamming people, or they have crappy customer service at the very least. Would not recommend this company to anyone! I am happy to submit photos of all email exchanges, and order information if it is useful.

When I placed my order it stated I should receive the product in 5-7 business days. It has been over 3 weeks and it has not been mailed yet. I should have been advised at the time of the order if it was a backordered product. This is an important supplement for me and I would have made other arrangements, if I had been informed of the delay.

No order confirmation notice, website is hard to navigate and shipping is slow.

good vitamins, thank you.
