Purchasing a vehicle from this dealer was a highly disappointing experience. Shortly after the purchase, the vehicle developed serious issues, which required repeated contact and follow-ups.
Based on my personal experience and post-sale communication, I can state that I did not receive any real support or an effective resolution. Despite attempts to resolve the matter calmly and amicably, I was informed that no further steps would be taken.
This approach undermines trust in the seller and raises serious concerns about their after-sales standards. In practice, the customer is left alone with the problem, even when it involves significant faults.
Based on my experience, anyone expecting responsibility, transparency, and genuine after-sales support should think very carefully before deciding to proceed with a purchase from this seller.

Do not buy from here!! all seemed fine AT FIRST had a small fault which was sorted. A few months later, just as warranty expired, car played up!! Paid £7500.00 for the car, had to take it for repairs - on the ramp was told too dangerous to drive- cost £3000.00 & they had no idea how it got through the MOT- that was a VOLVO garage!! l have had nothing but problems - now after 14months l have to admit defeat & scap it
£13000.00 all in all for a car not safe to drive
