Unsuccessful purchase

The response was prompt and delivery promised in satisfactory time frame, giving estimated delivery time.
The item did not arrive.
Following email contact with the company seeking explanation, I was refunded the payment, without explanation.
I would have preferred the item resent.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Have purchased cheeses twice now from this Company, both times the order was messed up. The second time they sent me two tins containing cheese that are bashed, one dented in on one side, the other dented in on both sides.
I advised them that I wish to return these for a replacement or just return and get my money refunded. They agreed to have them back and refund them. But they are doing nothing about getting them back. They say "when Evri gives them the returns label, they will give it to me" - this utter rubbish, a Company/individual simply prints the label off. They have NOT been forthcoming with the label, stating to me that they looked at the photos I sent to them and they consider "nothing wrong with the cans, and I cannot claim them damaged". I truly am concerned that I would ever get my money back from this organisation.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their 'customer services' is downright disgraceful! You will not get treated well. If they regard the product ok then you just have to accept that. - this is wrong Trading Standards, and I will bring this matter to the Trading Standards Authority and report it. Traders have a duty NOT to sell products in dented cans, as there maybe tiny holes not visible to the naked eye contaminating the insides, as I am not well, I will not risk consuming this product. NEVER will purchase from these people ever again. Have every intention of reporting this Company to the Trading Standards Bureau.

Firstly, I DID NOT request immediate receipt of my order, THEY SENT IT when they did, and not at my request. As any future customer can see below, NO EFFORT made in getting the product back, and NOT addressed here in the reply. As stated they say a RETURNS label will be sent but NOTHING WHATEVER is being done to send it to get this product back to them. I wish I could load up photos here to show anyone thinking of buying anything from this Company, the photos do not show properly the extent of the dents in the cans. As I doubt very much that I would ever receive my money back from this organisation, I will show both cans to the Trading Standards people.

Fantastic selection

Fantastic selection of hard to get ingredients. Quality too and at a great price. Quick delivery so very happy with my first shopping experience with Bazachi but it won't be my last.

Cancelled my order without any…

Cancelled my order without any correspondence as to why. If I hadn’t checked my bank statement I wouldn’t had known I had a refund? Perhaps in future a polite email explaining why?

SCAM SITE! Item not sent and charged!

Update 2: Got an email on 8th claiming a refund had been sent. The a further email on the 9th, again claiming a refund had been sent. It is now 13th and there is no refund yet received. The situation just gets worse and worse!

Update: received a reply telling me the item had been sent (tracking showed this not to be true) and when I subsequently question this I got no further reply.

Received a dispatch notice swiftly from Bazachi but after a week I'd still not received my order. I then contacted Evri with the tracking number and they have informed me that, while a tracking number was generated, no parcel was ever dispatched to them. Very disappointed. I have contacted Bazachi but as of yet, I've received no reply.
Will be reporting to Action Fraud.
