Trustworthy
I was craving good olives and goat cheese from home and noone else delivers these products but Bazachi. Even though there was a little hick up with the dhl delivery they solved it for me and sent a second delivery. Thanks so much to the team who responded to me. I will always order from Bazachi and recommend it to my friends.

Never ever write reviews but Bazachi customer service has been second to none. Firstly there was a mix up with the order which they corrected promptly, unfortunately the replacement came smashed (probably royal mails handling)
Contacted customer service again to let them know. I have just received another replacement very quickly. I will absolutely be shopping with Bazachi again. Thanks

Sent the wrong
Sent the wrong order I ordered cream of chicken and I received chicken noodle . Never got a reply when I sent a message about the mix up so had to give them away.

I had ordered a 10 X 5 pack of gum called falim from this place and when I received it I realised they had given me a 2 X 5 pack which means I was 8 packs short and not only that the shipping was about £5 which is astonishing. If you can help with this please contact me
