I live on the East Coast, and my package was sent to Tacoma, Washington. Iâve spoken with customer service at spot X twice today, I suggested to their customer service person to send a replacement, and I would return the other when I received it and the customer service representative said he would have to speak with her shipping department first. They shipped my order in a timely manner. My only coming is the shipper they use, Estes trucking. My grill came from Lenexa, KS, just a couple hours from me, and it took a couple weeks to arrive. Other than that, I thought the service was great and website easy to navigate.
