We were told to look at BBS Yate by our plumber installing our bathroom, & so glad he suggested it.

Alex, was brilliant at helping us plan our total bathroom refit. Her knowledge, ideas & patience were a great help. She sends 3D plans over, & even produced a 'birdseye view' plan I asked for, so we could visualise the space between the sanitaryware & shower.
We did change our minds about three times on which items to end up with, but each time new amended info would be emailed to us, to check & approve.
I am so glad were recommended BBS, having a local company was so much better, with easy parking outside. Their choice is huge....so it's hard to pin down exactly what you do want!!
Alex, the delivery guys & the staff in store are all friendly, approachable & professional to deal with. Only wish we had an en suite, that we could also get done as well!!!
We would totally recommend using BBS at Yate.

Myself and my husband visited Yate branch today to look at the showroom and we were meet by Alex.We were both very impressed with her information and she listen very carefully to what questions we asked.

BBS's and specifically Brennan in the Bath branch's after service has been fantastic.
I ordered a an incorrect part and needed an exchange quickly to be able complete the project on time.
Brennan was on top of everything, arranging collection if the unwanted product and delivery of the new one whilst keeping me informed with what was happening.
I am a bathroom fitter and lots of company's are great until you have paid for your items then after service and support fall well below par, this is not the case with BBS Bath.

Lewis was very helpful and all staff are customer orientated, the staffs knowledge of parts and ways to overcome problems fhat i have encountered is just amaizing. I will be continuing to use BBS as my main plumbing supplier.

Across the BBS branches the staff are extremely attentive when you arrive!
you are usually served straight away. On the off chance you do have to wait there is a coffee machine !
When materials are ordered in you are contacted so you know they have arrived which is very helpful !
The staff genuinely go the “extra mile” to ensure you are served quickly and efficiently!

Amazing help from Nick at BBS, nothing to much trouble and knowledgeable guy who certainly knows the spares side of boilers,

BBS have a vast level of materials that you would struggle to get at other merchants, they specialise in the unusual and have saved my bacon on many occasions. The staff are always helpful and friendly and if they say they will get back to you they do, keep it up guys.

There are a couple of merchants in the area but I have to say that BBS staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful with the service they provide.

I have been using BBS for well over 15 years and in that time they have shown nothing but complete professionalism. They sell quality goods, which I know as a tradesperson, aren't going to let my reputation down. They are knowledgeable about their products and a good laugh at the counter. Best by far
