ABSOLUTE JUNK CHEAP CHINESE CLOTHING! THEY COPIED CARHART NAME AND MADE A JUNK PLASTIC OVER COAT. THEN GOOD LUCK ON TRYING TO RETURN IT! NO ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER TOTO CONTACT THEN. REPORTING TO THE BBB AND ONLINE SCAM PROTECTION AGRNCY. DON'T BUY DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!

This company is a one scammer don't be fool money grabbing

I've emailed 4 times with a request to refund the item I bought that took around 2 weeks to arrive and they are not responding to me. I would definitely definitely AVOID!

Bought a hoodie from them for over £50.00. Told me it would be delivered in 2-3 days. 10-12 days later it arrived.
Emailed them a couple times in that time with no response.
When the hoodie arrived, it was the wrong size, poor material and the main print was blurry.
Contacted them another 3 times to arrange a return and a refund, zero response via email or Instagram.
Customer service shocking, product even more shocking. Avoid like the plague.

Bought trousers for my son - they arrived but were too small. Returning them was an issue and I still haven’t heard from them. I bought a replacement and they never arrived. They don’t reply to messages and have blocked me on Facebook. I am trying to get money back via my bank and have told Facebook - please don’t buy from these people

I ordered a jumper for £52 in December, it never arrived and months later I’m still trying to get hold of my money back or the product. The staff (I’ve been in touch with Dom) have been less than helpful with late replies and not very helpful information when they do reply. It’s gotten to the point where instead of offering a solution, I’m not just not getting replies at all. This company has effectively robbed me and refused to be of any real help. I would highly advise that you avoid this place at all costs, I bought something with the intention of it being a Christmas present, and here I am in the middle of February still chasing them up on it, it’s ridiculous and I don’t believe I’ll ever get my money back.
There’s a reason these people don’t have many forms of contact; they don’t mind avoiding the issue at all costs.

We ordered a pair of pastel Nike airforce one for our daughter on 2nd Nov 2020 in time for Xmas! We keep getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse( low stock of white airforce1, printer not working, Printer off sick)The time it takes for any response by email is between 5 to 10 days. The promise at the checkout was delivery between 10-14 days, we are now at 6 weeks and now being told ‘it’s is now leaving our European depot and should be with you in 5 days’! That was on the 9th Dec! I can only imagine why they don’t have a phone number on their ‘contact us’ page!! It would be inundated with irate customers like myself!!

I ordered a sweater and a hoodie, neither were the size I ordered. (Walk on Air and Dinosaur)
I requested a refund and was told by 'Dom' that they adjust sizes to fit - utter rubbish.
Huge difference in the measurements across, shoulder, sleeve, length and chest between the size guide on their website and the garments I was sent.
No garment labels - beware - these could be a fire hazard as there is no information regarding fabrics composition.
Despite quoting a 'UK tracked delivery service, both garments were sent from Hong Kong.
I have reported the company to trading standards and I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering,

Am liebsten hätte ich 4 1/2 Sterne gegeben. Da der Shop aber bei meiner Bestellung alles gehalten hat, was er verspricht, neige ich doch eher zu den 5 Sternen, statt zu 4.

Ende Juli habe ich vier Kleidungsstücke aus der Kategorie "Streetwear" (also neu und nicht gebraucht) bestellt. Positiv dabei ist, dass die Maßen der Größen in cm angegeben sind und auch wirklich genau stimmen.
Nach der Bestellung bekam ich eine E-Mail, dass sich die Lieferung wegen Covid 19 bis in den September ziehen kann. Relativ bald waren dann auch die ersten Sendungsverfolgungsnummern da. Denn meine vier Artikel wurden in drei Pakete aufgeteilt, die über DHL eCommerce aus Shanghai (wo die Klamotten wahrscheinlich auch produziert werden) nach Deutschland eingeflogen werden mussten. Das hat aber reibungslos geklappt und nach weniger als 20 Tagen wurden alle Kleidungsstücke ohne Zusatzkosten per DHL geliefert. Also sogar viel schneller als angekündigt. Das hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Qualität dieser ist auch durchweg gut.
Abschließend kann ich also sagen, dass die Bestellung bei mir reibungslos ablief, ich sehr mit den Klamotten zufrieden bin, mich allerdings der Direktversand aus Shanghai etwas verwirrt hat, zumal darüber meines Wissens nach nicht vor der Versandemail informiert wurde.
Schade fand ich allerdings, dass es nicht möglich war, alle Klamotten in einem Paket zu versenden.

Disappointed. The "Megatech" hoodie XL is very small, for me is M not XL. And the shapes of the t-shirts is normal nothing special.

Sooo,i brought a couple of t-shirts before the pandemic ,its been almost three months and they still have not arrived here. They take a long time to reply to emails,very unprofessional. I asked them for a refund a couple of days ago and no answer yet.
The clothes looked great so it is a shame.

Great item however the delivery took around 3 1/2 weeks although I expect COVID-19 had a part to play in this it was a shame

I brought two items of clothing because I really liked the designs. Both nice sizing and good quality. The shipment tracking number was changed and said it was canceled (it wasn’t but still was stressful at the time). The shipment itself took extremely long however this is understandable given current world events.

All round it was a pretty good experience and I will probably be shopping there again.

Excellent service no problems got what I wanted really happy with my purchase next one is gonna be on that website too

Hello! I ordered on your site a gray "kodack" sweatshirt on June 12 or 11, 2020 and since June 17 the tracking of my package does not move. "the airline arrives in the country of order" and since then nothing!

Poor selection - did not fit

Great service, fast delivery and item exactly as described. I had a question about sizing and the customer service was fantastic. 100% buy again!
