Fraud site

I won 40k inr and i received amount in my bank but before i could do anything the amount was put on hold by cyber due to their fraudulent activity. Do not deposit or withdraw any money from these sites otherwise you will be in great trouble.

There should a rating in minus I would give that to these thieves. 2 of my deposit are stuck and nobody does anything even after sending all the proof, 2 of my tickets
Ticket number 1- 9759319
Ticket number 2- 9818532

And their Customers support is the worst, they only know how to send canned response.

I warn everyone. To be aware and never try to deposit in BC. Before even you play, you'll your money. These are thieves

All their thirst party merchants are scammers, they will run away with your deposit and bc will not give you your deposit

Dear BC.Game Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding a recent withdrawal transaction on my account, [user id 51564446 .

The transaction took place on 15/12/2025 at approximately 19:08:21 (as per the attached screenshots).

Based on the attached screenshots, it appears that the amount deducted from my account is greater than the amount successfully credited.

Intended/Credited Withdrawal Amount (as per image 65852.jpg): +₫188,379
Actual Amount Deducted from Account (as per image 65853.jpg - first line): -₫195,937
Discrepancy (Over-Deduction): ₫195,937 - ₫188,379 = ₫7,558

The system has deducted ₫195,937 from my available balance, but the successful withdrawal confirmation only shows an amount of ₫188,379 being processed. This indicates an over-deduction of ₫7,558 from my account.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter immediately and credit the excess deducted amount of ₫7,558 back to my BC.Game account balance.

I have attached the relevant transaction screenshots (65853.jpg and 65852.jpg) for your reference.
