Venho por meio desta registrar uma reclamação contra a empresa BC.GAME, pois tive uma aposta claramente vencedora anulada de forma indevida, causando prejuízo financeiro.

No dia 24/03/2026, realizei uma aposta no evento Portland Trail Blazers x Brooklyn Nets, válida pela NBA, com os seguintes detalhes:

Tipo de aposta: Over 226,5 pontos
Odd: 2,08
Valor apostado: R$ 800,00
Retorno esperado: R$ 1.664,00 (R$ 864,00 de lucro)

Durante a partida, minha aposta foi simplesmente anulada pela plataforma, e o valor apostado foi devolvido, porém sem o pagamento do lucro.

Ocorre que a aposta foi claramente vencedora, uma vez que o jogo terminou com 233 pontos, ultrapassando a linha proposta de 226,5 pontos.

Entrei em contato com o suporte da empresa, que respondeu de forma genérica alegando que cancelamentos podem ocorrer em casos de "erros de sistema, precificação incorreta ou condições anormais de mercado", sem apresentar qualquer prova concreta de que alguma dessas situações ocorreu neste caso específico.

Essa justificativa é extremamente vaga e não se aplica à situação, já que:

A aposta foi aceita normalmente pela plataforma;
Não houve qualquer interrupção ou erro evidente no evento;
O resultado foi válido e dentro das condições normais da partida.

Ressalto que possuo prints da aposta, do resultado da partida e do histórico da conta, comprovando todas as informações aqui apresentadas.

Dessa forma, solicito a revisão imediata do caso e o pagamento do lucro devido no valor de R$ 864,00, uma vez que a aposta foi legítima e vencedora.

Caso o problema não seja resolvido, tomarei as medidas cabíveis junto aos órgãos de defesa do consumidor.

I deposited ₹2000 on BC.Game using my CRED wallet and now they are asking for a bank PDF statement to verify the payment. The problem is that payments made through CRED wallet do not provide a bank PDF statement for that specific transaction.

I already explained this to their live support and offered to provide:
• Screenshot of the CRED transaction
• Transaction ID / Reference number
• Payment confirmation details

But they are still insisting on a bank statement that simply does not exist for wallet payments.

This is extremely frustrating and makes the verification process impossible for users who pay through wallets. I am willing to provide any valid proof of payment, but the support team is not offering a practical solution.

Very disappointing experience so far. I hope the support team resolves this issue quickly.

Despite this, their support refused to help, citing a strict 30-day ticket policy. After 9 months of follow-ups, their final response was:
“We cannot help you as your order is older than 30 days.”
And:
“Do whatever you want, you will not get a refund.”

This is a clear scam targeting Indian users. Their customer support is unhelpful and dishonest.

I am now pursuing complaints with RBI, NPCI, and cybercrime authorities.

Support chat logs prove that I reached Silver Level 21 and was told by agent "Nebojsa" that I had
successfully claimed the reward. However, no bonus was issued to my account, and agent "Nikola"
later contradicted the record. This agent falsely claimed that bonuses only begin at Level 22 and
closed the chat without proper investigation.
Contradictory statements include:- "You did claim the bonus for level 21." - Nikola- "You have collected level-up reward for level 21." - Nebojsa- "You did not reach level 21 last night." - Nikola (despite later confirming I am level 21)- Nikola also attempted to shift blame onto a "bonus system overhaul" with no supporting evidence
or records.
3. SUPPORT CONTRADICTIONS & MISDIRECTION- I was denied a refund on my 9,634 XLM loss by agent "Mella," who claimed video evidence was
mandatory.- Agent "KLim" later confirmed video was NOT required: "No need sir."- Inconsistencies and false guidance from your staff have resulted in the denial of fair user
treatment, and likely cost me significant funds.
REQUEST:- A full audit of my account's level-up bonus issuance- A written explanation of the contradictory statements by your agents- Immediate investigation into the crash game logic for high-risk 1.01x strategies- Escalation of this message to your legal and compliance team
