This is fruad company ..My BC Games was hacked by someone like these a year ago and he changed the email, after that he threatened me, I told this to customer support, then customer care blocked the account and said that it will be fixed in 24 hours..it has not been opened for a year, the account is active but I have not been able to recover it. The hacker has hacked the email, so I only have the number. I have been emailing them daily for the past one year but I do not get any reply. And I have even sent them all the proof that I am the owner, but they do not reply to anything nor do they unlock the account. The VIP level of my BC Games account is 40+. I have seen in chat that as soon as these people have too many VIPs, they block the account and then do not open it. Please help me, I want to get my BC Games account back.

Where are the site administrators? No one is monitoring Robin Hood's actions. He bans players from chat and asks them on Discord to give the site five stars to get them unbanned. It is a very bad site that requires you to reach level 80 to be able to chat, but my account level is 81 and my messages do not appear in the chat. This is my name (Wsamking)

Do not deposit at this casino as I did and the funds never reached to my account . I had hard time contacting their customer care. I had to download discord and when there nobody to talk with. If you are not in their friends list you can't contact them. I was able to contact somebody that was in their list asking that person to tell them I need help . So when I finally was allowed to submit a ticket , they sent me to their 3rd party to chat with them . I did so and they tell me that the address that I sent my crypto to , is not their wallet . Then they blocked me . I went back to bch and told them what happened . They said they will look into it and after couple of days they tell me that the link expired and insinuated I never made a deposit fully ignoring my proof of deposit from customer care of my exodus wallet .
When I reminded them of what their 3rd party said , that the wallet address is not theirs , so now they admit it is theirs, so they lied first time and now they dare come to me with a new bs . Then they blocked me . So DO NOT DEPOSIT ! YOU NEVER KNOW IF YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE STOLEN BY THEIR 3RD PARTY LIKE THEY DID TO ME !
HOW CONVENIENT :" that's not our wallet address " ...can you believe that ? I told them that the address it is theirs, I can't make up an address wallet , the transaction was very smooth , no errors , so I was sure they got the money !
Is very frustrating what happened and please save your nerves and your money and don't deposit here ! You'll regret !

Greetings, many have seen me on various sites or streams, I have come to the conclusion to finally write a review.

The reasons for my rating:
Extremely bad support, they can not take criticism, today i was removed off their DC server due to this fact. It had nothing to do with any loses, its a given fact that clients that do deposit have their troubles gaining access to the entitled bonus systems due to bugs and its handling. That was something i criticized!

Besides all this, this site shows ZERO progress, same games, no other features.

This site does not provide tools such as a live statistic seen on every other site, so keeping track of your session is hard to maintain without using other tools.

The weekly/monthly is a competition on this site, you are forced to compete to retrieve a compensation or a reward for the risk taking. In my eyes a no go.

The site has no license and is not bound to any jurisdiction, doesn't even provide who is running it and where.

I could go on and on, based on the time I've spent on this site and seeing how it runs I simply can not recommend it, above all, they plead clients to leave reviews and receive a token of appriciantion for its completion, to me its buying opinions, not really worth value, as faucet players will take advantage of it. In the end it's a faucet site with bad handling.
