BCoT - Distance Learning Courses レビュー 

I undertook this course to help me on my journey of self healing, I sadly lost two dear friends to suicide many years ago, I also encountered many incidents of self-harm and suicide during my time working as a prison officer. The result of both of these experiences and others during my life, have left me battling a deep depression for a long time, and also lead to me facing my own existential crisis. This course has helped me gain valuable insight, understanding and perspective on this very personal topic. The empathy I received from my marker has helped me significantly. The course has helped me understand that I didn't receive the support I needed at the time which contributed significantly to my battles with depression over the years. At the start of the course I hoped it would have a cathartic affect, and I have not been disappointed. It has helped me realise that I have potentially been suffering from Persistant Complex Bereavement Disorder, which has helped me gain perspective on where the dark clouds come from, it has helped me explore my suppressed emotions and eased the misplaced feelings of guilt I have carried for far too long. I feel that I am in a much better place emotionally moving forwards, and would highly recommend this course to other people sadly affected by suicide bereavement.

I was impressed with every aspect of the Data Protection course I recently completed. My experience was positive, from the initial phone call to discuss the course and how the online tool works, the support from my online tutor, using the course website and the course materials, through to the speed in which my work was marked and moderated. I am definitely going to sign up for the Cyber Security course during the summer.

I’ve just received my certificate for the Self-harm and Suicide Awareness course! I found the site easy to navigate. If you take a break, it’s easy to resume when you go back to it.
I’m now doing The Principles of Dementia Care and loving it!
You get plenty of time to complete each unit, which means it’s stress-free.
I’m 62 next month, so need to keep my brain cells active!
My marker is Denise and she’s lovely. I get great feedback from her and knowing she’s there if I need her is great.

I was really impressed with the whole setup. There's a huge choice of courses, you are given an individual marker, who is there to support you if needed. I haven't been back to education for many years and they made the process very pleasant. Now have a new qualification. Thank you to all involved.

So pleased I did my Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity with Aspiral. The course content and resources were brilliant. I could learn at my own pace and I had access to tutor support whenever I needed it. Assessments were online too so very convenient as a working mum and I was super grateful for the excellent feedback from the assessor making my learning journey complete. Will certainly choose to study with Aspiral again!

I did the Lv2 Mental Health First Aid Training course via distance learning at BCoT.
The whole learning experience was top notch. I had access to online support from a very knowledgeable tutor who was quick to respond to any questions I had. I could work at my own pace through the course.
The course has to be completed within 4 months, with the first assessment having to be completed within the first month due to funding rules.

I wasn’t too sure what I was getting myself into when I signed up for this course and how feasible it would be as a full time working mummy to a 12 month old baby… But the ease on how to access the materials, the reminders, the tutor support, flexibility around dates and the given time frame to accomplish the course allowed me to successfully complete the course; whilst also boosting my confidence levels as to being able as a mother to achieve my professional goals.

The online course was very well resourced and the Course administrator was always at the end of an email to help every step of the way.

Very pleased with the course. I’ve learned so much and they are always there for you if you have questions and inquiries.

Good support and review comments from tutor. Reminder form the site helped me to complete the course on time. Moreover, assessments and feedaback were quick from tutor too.

Not having heard about distance learning befor i was a bit worried but there is A wide range of courses to choose from excellent support from tutor's who are on hand to answer questions aswell as bcot themselves and assist where needed i have enjoyed the course that i have now compleated and a have a great proudness of compleation

Received great support and advice throughout the course. All learning materials were easily accessible and clear to understand.

The courses are not too difficult and there is support available when you need it, and extra support if you have a learning difficulty. The tutor was fantastic and explained everything at a level that really worked for me

I wanted to try my hand at online learning to help with a potential career change and get back into studying. I found the enrolment simple, the course content was excellent and when I needed support my marker was really helpful, and their feedback on my work meant I honed my study skills as I progressed through the units. Would recommend as a free way to gain new qualifications!
