Excellent service from start to finish. Callipers look great in the gunmetal grey paint, all new rubber seals and three new pistons fitted car now stops better than ever and uses less fuel now the brakes are not binding. Thank you for an excellent service.

This is the second occasion we have used BCS, this time for a repaint on a pair of front calipers off our Transit. Oliver again could not have been more helpful, and the service is at the same excellent level as it was before. Happy to award them five stars.

I decided to try Brake Caliper Specialists (BCS) to refurbish a sticking caliper on my Mercedes rather than buy a new one. The advantages I saw were a much lower cost compared to buying another Mercedes OEM caliper and also less waste and environmental impact. I was not disappointed as the refurbished caliper was every bit as good as a new one. New functional parts and seals were fitted throughout including a new piston and the quality of the new paint finish really transformed the look of the unit on the car. The end product is effectively full refurbishment to effectively as good as new. The service I received was excellent at every step. I chose to drop off the caliper at BCS and chatting to them in person gave me every confidence that these people really know exactly what needs to be done with any caliper issue.
As regards timeliness I dropped off my caliper late on a Monday afternoon and received it back by Parcelforce delivery on Friday morning. Considering the process the caliper goes through I think that is a really good effort. E-mails are sent at every step to keep you informed as to when your caliper will be depatched back to you. Overall the service was excellent and I highly recommend BCS as an excellent alternative to buying new calipers especially if you prefer keeping the OEM parts as opposed to replacing them with cheap pattern parts which often do not work out well. Five stars on all aspects of this transaction.

Good communication, and first class end results!

BCS were very clear from the start on how my calipers would be serviced and refinished. Their quick estimate and advice on how best to ship the calipers to them was helpful and Tegan and Marc are always on hand to help with any queries. Excellent service all round.

Most importantly of course is the quality of the work which has been exceptional. The calipers work flawlessly, and the new finish is better than from the factory. Completely recommend BCS and will definitely use them again.

My caliber rebuild has come back better than new with a fantastic finish, I got standard gunmetal grey as it matches the car better but in hindsight I should have spent the extra and got a colour done
