No response after repeated attempts. Online
I have waited 25 days now and my order still has not arrived and no one to contact and no one responded
this is a SCAM.

What a SHAMBOLIC Business THIS lot Are!!!! I ordered x2 dresses, after waiting nearly 2 weeks I reached out to them, they said the dresses were on Pre-order and they’d send them as soon as they had them….. after a lot more reaching out with emails they eventually sent ONE about 4 weeks later, but they then TOTALLY STOPPED RESPONDING about the other one, which was my preferred dress out of the 2! I eventually accepted defeat after about 6 weeks and applied for a refund through buyers protection on PayPal! It’s really disappointing because BcShared advertise lovely clothes but unfortunately they’re a two-bit-outfit who can’t honour your orders!!! Don’t be tempted by the pretty dresses and tops Girls….. chances are you WONT RECEIVE THEM!🤦🏻‍♀️

Complete scam. They used in AI photo and sent a unrecognizable garment. Customer Service is non existent. Complete run around. No response after repeated attempts.

Ordered a cute velvet top but never received it after 2 months. Had the transaction cancelled and reported it as fraud-which it is!

Totally a scam!!!!!! Paid, I never received anything been over a month. Do Not....

Just wanted to thank you all after reading the reviews I cancelled my order. A lucky escape I think.

I ordered the velvet military jacket, then thought to check customer reviews and was worried. Contacted the company on the email provided, voicing my concerns, and they responded almost immediately, saying that the jacket had already been sent to the courier, but they would try to retrieve it. They also sent a picture of the jacket, taken before it was dispatched.
They were unable to stop the jacket, so it arrived yesterday (about ten days later), and I'm very pleased. It looks exactly as in the original picture, the velvet not black but a nice grey. It'll be featuring a lot this summer.
So in short, the item did not disappoint, and the customer service was excellent. I need not have worried.

I never received anything. They emailed me once and said the order is processing ……never head back nor received anything. It’s too late to talk to my bank. They said there’s nothing for them to go off of to wait and see. It’s February 13th 2026 and still nothing.
Can anyone do something? They are still advertising new things they are taking our money it’s not right and should be held accountable for this fraud.

I did not receive what I have ordered afte almost two months and I got no reply to my email.

I ordered 3 dresses from here on December 12 and it's now January 9th and I have not received them! I have sent 4 emails so far with no response. There's no costumer phone number to contact anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Looks like it's a scam.

I bought 2 blouses. One was supposed to be in velvet, and it was in very cheap polyester. The other one was in polyester to, but the fabric was not specified in the description. Plus it wasn’t the same pattern. All the items seams to be first quality on picture, but it’s not what you receive.

There is no phone number to contact anyone. I did receive my purchase but it was too small (ordered based on size chart). I e-mailed them as instructed but have not heard anything. I wish I had seen there was no customer service number when I ordered. Save yourself the headache and order from a legit company.

I also ordered and never received the order or heard back when I reached out. It has been weeks now. So sorry, I didn't check them out before ordering and having them take my money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are a spam. Ordered 2 months ago and heard absolutely nothing from them. I've reached out multiple times and nothing. I've open a dispute with my bank.

Ordered a shirt 9/21/25 and still nothing as of 10/27/25. I’m really annoyed and no one has responded to my emails.

Tried to return a vest that was advertised as Navy blue but was actually Teal. I was told to return it Express shipping to a "Mr. Ling" at an address in China and NO mention of a credit/refund. No where on the website does it mention or indicate that this is a Chinese company or affiliated with.
Looking into their company statements at the bottom of their webpage they literally claim responsibility for nothing...they are"not liable for quality, service, claims on their website, price increases after the payment, errors, misinformation on their site..." The SCARIEST OF ALL is they claim NO RESPONSIBILITY for your personal information. They say it's "secure" but acknowledge using 3rd party tools and Services that they claim they don't monitor or are liable for. A company that claims no legal responsibility for anything but expects the customer to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information is a RED flag!
I should have done my research! Now I'm afraid my email, phone and personal accounts have been compromised.

Bought product from them and never received it. Now when I request a refund or any information on tracking no one responses. Ita a scam site.
