“I paid for a service expecting professionalism, but all I got was a headache. As soon as they received the money, all communication stopped. Hours passed, days passed — nothing. When I questioned it, they blocked me completely on WhatsApp. Who blocks a paying customer unless they’re hiding something? This is a clear indication of a scam. They don’t provide the service they promise, they just take the money and run.

Very disappointed with this service. I made the payment, but I never received what I paid for. After taking my money, they stopped replying and even blocked me on WhatsApp. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m sharing this so others don’t face the same issue.

I ordered two strips from BD Online Services and PAID them in advance after they promised delivery within 2 hours. It has now been over 24 hours, and I still haven’t received anything.

After taking the payment, they completely stopped responding. No updates, no replies, nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their reliability and honesty.

I trusted this business, but the way they ignored my messages after payment is unacceptable and disappointing.

Whoever is running this business — respond to me on WhatsApp ASAP. I need my order delivered or a proper explanation immediately.Right now, I cannot recommend this service to anyone based on my experience.

On 23 march when I visited bd agency website I checked PayPal account price
So price was showing $89 but payment they accept only bangali banks through
So I contacted with them through WhatsApp and I said price of PayPal they told to me price is $98 price was higher then showing in there's website but still I paid $98 then I asked how much time it will take for delivery they said 3 to 5 business days after 5 days waiting I didn't receive delivery then I gives one star review on trustpilot on 2nd April I received message from Bd agency online they said if you remove your review then we will deliver they delivery then I deleted reviews
But when I received delivery there's only Bank access Gmail access and PayPal access Address Ssn access
There's no any numbers and id card access which was showing in website also I ordered PayPal business they delivered PayPal Personal
They didn't reply to me for access of number id card USA IP invoice create
They delivered PayPal Personal
If someone wants proof I'll provide

They seem like a scammer because they have 2 different prices on their website and when you ask about their service then they demand higher prices for the same service.

They can be trustworthy. I just hope they deliver their products in time. They sometimes cannot do this because of their server issue. But overall, they are loyal to their customer.

Totally scam. Don't buy any service from them. I ordered a virtual visa card but didn't get it. They blocked me from their service number. I can prove that. My fb I'd: Trader Mushfiq
