I recently hired BDS Drainage to resolve a long-standing drainage issue on my property, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear, honest quote.

The work was completed on time and with great attention to detail. The drainage system they installed works perfectly — no more standing water or soggy spots in the yard. They even took the time to explain how the system functions and gave tips for ongoing maintenance.

Highly recommended for anyone dealing with drainage problems. It’s such a relief to have it fixed right the first time!

HAD AN EMERGENCY FLOOD ON 3 FLOORS SO WAS FRANTIC. CALLED OUT BDS WHO CAME THE NEXT DAY (MONDAY) AND CHARGED ME £420 FOR AN EXPANSION TANK THAT COSTS LESS THAN £100 - I HAD THIS VERIFIED FROM A VERIFIED HEATING ENGINEER. WHEN CHALLENGED, THEY QUOTED PETROL COSTS TO COLLECT TANK AS THE REASON FOR THE 400% INFLATION CHARGE. HORRENDOUS - COMPLETE CROOKS WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND MY SITUATION.

We done some work for them few months ago now still haven’t been paid sent multiple invoices very unprofessional run business wouldn’t definitely not recommend

I called BDS regarding a blocked outside drain, they arrived in really good time and set about solving the problem which they did with the minimum fuss. The pricing was really clear there were no nasty surprises at the end of it, what they quoted was what they charged me, they cleaned up after themselves and I was extremely happy with their service.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody and actually have done so to various friends and family members and I would absolutely use them again

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from BDS From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my clogged drains and had everything flowing smoothly again in no time.

Didn’t show up when supposed to. Zero communication or apology. Instead, used our driveway to park.

On a Monday, I booked a Thursday appointment. No indication of time. I was only told it would be in the morning.

Thursday morning, I call at 8.30 to see if I could get a better idea of time. I was told between 10am - 12pm. If they knew that, once they knew, why couldn’t they have told me instead of my having to follow up and having to stay in all morning? Oh, well, at least I had a given slot so better than nothing.

By 1pm, no show or courtesy call so I go out.

Camera shows the van turn up at 1.05. A knock at the door at 1.06 and I get a call at 1.07 from their office. I explained I’d booked a morning slot and hadn’t received any kind of update so I’d gone out. I was asked, “So do you want to cancel the booking?” I pointed out I wasn’t cancelling anything, rather no one turned up and I hadn’t received a call.

We have cameras on the property. 11 minutes later and the van is still parked on our drive. Maybe he’s having lunch, I don’t know. Normally, I wouldn’t mind (I tell the Sainsbury’s driver he’s welcome to park there for his break rather than trying to find a parking spot) but it felt like a cheek to use our drive as his personal parking space after the terrible “service” received. He only left because I called the office to tell him to leave.

I Called about a blocked toilet and a young man named Jack was sent out, he was very professional, fast and left it in immaculate condition. Really good rates highly recommend.

Availability is in fact 24/7 and they book you a specialised team quickly on site. Once they arrive, they tried to unblock manually, if doesn’t work they use a water hoover and chemicals and lastly they use the camera and water jet. It took time, but they managed. They have called me to make sure I was happy with the service and how they could improve the customer service, which is greathly appreciated.

What an amazing company came out to me immediately solved the problem very quickly and cleaned up the entire property where there was sewage had flooded. I cannot thank this company enough and highly recommend them.
