Service is zo slecht dat je denkt dat het verborgen camera is
ik heb zelden een bedrijf geweten dat zo'n slechte service biedt. Ik probeer al 6 weken consumptiecheques te bestellen. Alles maar nu letterlijk alles loopt mis. Cheques kunnen ook niet digitaal, want 'dat is maar iets eenmalig'. Moeten dus in tijden van telewerk fysiek geleverd worden op kantoor. Telkens je permanentie voorziet, is transporteur er niet geraakt. We wachten nu al 6 weken.Als je klantendienst belt, wordt je 100 keer doorverbonden, spreken ze amper Nederlands en favoriete antwoord: 'ik weet het niet'. Schandalig dat de overheid met zulke partners samen werkt!

They do less than the bare minimum contracted by the MOD. Don't do what they are supposed to do and just take the p..., paying minimum wage for the skeleton staff they employ - if you're lucky they bother to employ anyone to try and fulfil their contracted duties - and feeling they can get away with it all. They are despised and will lose their contract at the end of the day. Low bidders bid lowest for a reason: they are the worst.

Consumptiecheques zijn meer dan een maand na ontvangst bij sodexo nog steeds niet uitbetaald.
Op onze verschillende mails krijgen we geen antwoord, telefonisch wordt je eerst in de wacht gezet, daarna wordt de lijn verbroken... Onmogelijk te bereiken dus...
Deze cheques werden in het leven geroepen om handelaars te ondersteunen, wel via sodexo lukt dit dus helemaal niet.
De overheid zou de praktijken van dit soort bedrijven echt aan banden moeten leggen.

Voor mij is het ongelofelijk dat zo'n groot bedrijf zo slecht werkt.
Onze zaak vulde in december een aanvraag in voor consumptiecheques te aanvaarden. We kregen een onmiddellijke boodschap dat dat vanaf nu ok was. Kort daarna stuurden we voor de eerste keer cheques op. Een maand later nog steeds geen uitbetaling. Op mails wordt niet gereageerd. De hulplijn is verschrikkelijk. Lange wachtrijen, net voordat je aan de beurt ben wordt er ophangen.
Na uren proberen toch eindelijk gelukt, blijkt dat de oorspronkelijke aanvraag nog niet eens verwerkt is bij hen na twee maand en het nog een kleine maand gaat duren. Op deze manier een eeuwigheid wachten op je geld dus. Ik twijfel er niet aan dat ze zelf al wel het geld geind hebben bij de bedrijven.
Perfcte manier om een kleine zelfstandige in het zak te zetten. Schandalig gewoon en geen consumptiecheques meer voor ons.
De overheid zou zich ernstig moeten bezinnen met zon bedrijf samen te werken.

Wat een dienstverlening ð. Als het dan helemaal verkeerd loopt en je wil contact opnemen duurt het een eeuwigheid voor je iemand aan de lijn krijgt. Na 3 keer te zijn doorverbonden naar een andere dienst wordt de lijn gewoon verbroken omdat iedereen bezig is. Chapeau !!!

The service that Sodexo and ESS provide British Servicemen is absolutely scandalous.
They deliberately provide the lowest quality food, in the smallest portions possible to our Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen. Putting shareholders profit first.
It is absolutely impossible to eat healthy in our mess, vegetables are in short supply because it would cut into their profit margin, we are just fed chips and beans every meal time. Not even the vegetarian pizza slice contains any vegetables, just some artificial mince. Last time I got chicken curry, it only had 3 small pieces of chicken the size of dice.
Would the Sodexo and ESS management live off this same garbage at home?
Not once has any representative from the PAYD contractors ever visited my Squadron to engage with the customers and ask what the customers want. They are simply not interested in providing quality nutritious food. No wonder that at my unit, the mess often struggles to attract more than 5 customers because we would rather eat elsewhere.

They charged me twice and refused to refund me
Really disappointed with the purchasing experience. They charged me twice for two cinema tickets.
When I noticed the charges on my bank account, I called their customer service to get a refund for the unused vouchers but they blatantly refused. I'll never use again.

This company has a contract for most of the military bases in the UK. They ripoff soldiers by providing meals that don't have enough calories to sustain them, and then add massive charges for extras (like bread with a curry etc) that are needed to make up the calorie deficit. The service personnel also aren't allowed kitchens in their accommodation so have to use the Sodexo dining rooms or survive on junk food. The quality of the food they serve is also disgusting. They're destroying unit cohesion because no one wants to eat together and use their facilities.

At Hope Downs 1 I had a bug infestation in my room and was assured it was alright and they had a bug extermination company that was going to deal with the issue right away... IT TOOK 3 WEEKS!! THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER ME A NEW ROOM! I HAD TO LIVE IN A ROOM WITH UNKNOWN BUGS FOR 3 WEEKS!!!

I work for a Belgian business and part of my salary package is Sodexo meal credits.
For reasons only they know, Sodexo created 2 accounts for me. The part of my salary owing to me is credited to one account, and they sent me a card for the other account. I've requested new cards that weren't sent, my employer has contacted them and I've spent hours emailing and on the phone trying to resolve this issue.
I've been working here for more than 6 months and still a) don't have a card that works and b) don't have the right balance on my account. The employees sound bored on the phone and keep telling me that my credit is â¬0. The emails I receive are pro forma responses that don't address the problem or even answer simple queries. My employer has not been able to get better service from them either.
One of the most frustrating aspects is that Sodexo doesn't seem to realize that they are withholding part of my salary and this is unacceptable to both employers and employees. There is no accountability and no-one is willing to help solve this problem.
TL;DL? If you're offered Sodexo as a part of your salary package, refuse and try to negotiate for an alternative service check provider, cash or anything else. If you're considering Sodexo for your employees, reconsider and choose another company.
