Stay away from their programs

Stay away from their programs. It over promised under delivered. Absolute waste of 34k.

They only cover topics on surface level. You become jack of all tools with limited knowledge. Trainer quality is OK. But content is severely lacking.

They use urgency tactics in free webinar to coerce you into registering for their main programs.

The cherry on top is financial freedom accelerator. Another useless course. They are in cohoots with springpad and use AI career accelerator to cross sell their premium(only by name not value) program.

Frankly free resources give better value.

It’s A Masterclass in Marketing, but a Failure in Real Value
It’s deeply ironic that after analyzing their entire syllabus, an actual AI(Gemini) concluded that the only 'intelligence' in this program is the founders' ability to convince people that a basic ChatGPT tutorial is worth ₹28,600."
I recently looked into the be10x AI Career Accelerator program after attending their "free seminar" which was a sales pitch, and while the marketing is slick, the reality is far from the "Ivy League" experience they promise.
The "Microsoft" Myth: They claim you get officially certified by Microsoft. However, Microsoft support forums have explicitly stated they have no such collaboration with be10x. You're essentially paying ₹28,600 + GST for a credential that carries no weight with actual recruiters.
The Refund Trap: Don't be fooled by the "200% money-back guarantee." Numerous users have reported that the criteria to qualify for this refund are nearly impossible to meet, and customer support often goes silent once the payment is made.
Basic Content: Most of the "advanced" AI hacks they teach—like basic ChatGPT prompts and Excel shortcuts—are available for free on YouTube or for ₹500 on Udemy.
High-Pressure Tactics: The "only 30 seats left" and "limited time bonuses" are classic FOMO tactics used to stop you from doing exactly what I did: researching their reputation.
Verdict: Save your ₹28,600. If you want to learn AI, go to Coursera, DeepLearning.AI, or even Microsoft’s own free Learn portal.

I am very disappointed to say that it's not worth it because in every session the teacher give other question answer but around 4 months are done there is not a single teacher give my answer of my question during the session. Also they focuss the strength of the students in one lecture. The strength of the student in a lecture around 350. You are not provide "Chole Puri" like bhandara, you provide knowledge it's very precious. So the strength of the students is minimum 30 to 35 last but you take 10times. Also the teacher not teaching in hindi for some times to clear all the problems in lecture they describe all the things in English also very fastly. How can I understand yaar. The lecture is too speedy like toofan. Also the man who connects me to be10x they never respond in phone calls. So, I am very disturbed of these type services please shutdown your's company and give my money back.

BE10X Unauthorized Debit Caused ₹590 Charge & CIBIL Impact.

Despite clearly requesting to keep my EMI mandate on hold, BE10X initiated an unauthorized debit attempt, which resulted in a ₹590 bank charge and negatively impacted my CIBIL score.

Instead of taking responsibility, they are denying any accountability and refusing to compensate for the loss caused due to their error.

This reflects poor handling of customer accounts and lack of responsibility. Think twice before trusting such services.

They do the heavy marketing and claimed

They do the heavy marketing and claimed that you have to pay 9 INR for workshop, whereas they charged 249 INR. Within the workshop you feel it will b wonders and they create a aura that Join of our AI Career Accelerator course, which will be delivered by qualified trainers, but unfortunately not. Its not a 100% ROI, they will not take queries of the users as they turned off the video's and mike, so that you can't interact with them. Its a complete loss, I am feeling after paying multiple thousand of Rs to them. I will not recommend to anyone. All freshy will take the class and its not engaging and they used to ask the feedback forcefully within the session. Also they used to promote Springpad, which is also not a good platform having negative reviews a lot. Hence don't fall within their trap.

They are just a fraudulents they would convince about money refund thing during enrolment then when you ask for it they would give all kinds of excuses and not refund don’t enroll at all and ask all your friends not to do it they pressurise you the. Be10x : Fraudulent Alert, no meaningful content, just upselling

Just Marketing, a huge failure in delivering the real value.

They will show some of the tools and do the upselling. Once you join that course, they don't deliver anything, quality of conent is not even worth 500Rs.
Then they start further upselling without delivering any value. They do just upselling after upselling without delivering any value. It are just creating FOMO by marketing and collecting the money. They are thugs. There is no customer support, no teacher, no learning content, just show off. Don't fall prey to thugs.

As in reply you have said sorry, If you really feeling sorry, you should make provision to return the money for all the participants whom you have provided 3rd grade material.

Now, I see you are asking the information for review but last time, when I called your customer care, no one picked the call. Even your customer care is fraud. You don't have any customer care, and no refund. People should not trust you guys at all.

Misleading refund promise and inconsistent refund policy

I enrolled in a course offered by Be10x after being assured of a 100% money-back guarantee if the course did not meet my expectations. Based on this assurance, I paid a total of ₹22,000 in two installments.
However, after accessing the course content, I found that it did not meet my expectations. When I requested a refund, the company introduced new conditions such as mandatory course completion and attendance requirements, which were not clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
Additionally, I was given different refund conditions at different times (initially different terms were communicated, later new conditions were introduced), which created confusion and lack of transparency.
I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team via email and WhatsApp, but I did not receive a proper resolution. At one point, my support ticket was even closed without resolving the issue.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to carefully review all terms and conditions before enrolling. Transparency and customer support need significant improvement.
I hope for a fair resolution of my issue.

Update: The issue has now been resolved and I have received a full refund. Although the process took time and multiple follow-ups, it was eventually handled.

TOTAL SCAM + DATA BREACH. Be10X took months to refund full amount after false promises (job guarantee, live sessions, 18LPA). Service = ZERO: broken LMS, empty job portal, pre-recorded "live" videos.

Finally refunded - but then LEAKS my PHONE NUMBER online. Strangers calling "Be10X" now reach ME. Clear DPDP Act violation.

Their revenge: expose customer data after bad reviews.

Even after refund:
- Late processing = GST ITC lost
- Ticket auto-closures when demanding office address
- Harassment via WhatsApp threats
- Now criminal data leak

AVOID. Pure edtech predators. They leak your data when you complain.

Recorded sessions and not Live sessions

First and foremost their sessions are not live rather its a recorded session which they play during the meeting. So whatever they claim as all live session is a big scam. However there content is good for a basic learner or someone who wants to start their AI learning.

They trap people with FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) strategy to get the people registered. Be very careful without registering to their programs.

i had a very harrowing experience with BE 10x. I had signed up for the AI workshop and got a whatsapp community link where the link for the workshop was supposed to be sent..i did not receive any link..my group got shifted from G1 to G3 then G9..but the link never appeared..what was the most disturbing part was all the support nos are automated messages ..and finally when you are able to get to a human support , your get a new group ..i am now certain either these people are abolute fraud or are managed by an extremely inefficient bunch of unprofessionals..i lost my money and and a traumatic experience
