Do not rent Villa Sasha 1, 2 or 3 Dalaman Turkey
Do not rent Villa Sasha 1, 2 and 3 in Dalaman Turkey, here is my factual experience
I am sorry to say that I am not enjoying and having a comfortable stay as a regular returning customer with AGNI I am used to much better quality locations
It has taken me a day or two to get my bearings of the locality and my complaint is that the details in the brochure are misleading being portrayed against a back drop of tranquil open land and hills
1. The actualities and realities are that this property is underneath the Dalaman airport flight path and is very noisy at certain times of the day mostly in the the morning and evenings during take off and landings
2. Much worse and in addition the property is immediately in front of a major school, BahçeÅehir Koleji from 8.30 in the morning through out the day Monday to Friday there is very loud external Tannoy /speaker instructions and music to pupils this is less than 30m from the pool and sunbathing area, the noise is very intrusive and very loud approximately every 30 minutes until around 4.30pm
3.The gas canister in the kitchen either the valve or regulator is leaking with a pungent odour of calor gas reported to Agni but still no action so I turn it off when not in use to avoid possible accidents
4. The router and Wi Fi password information supplied is incorrect and does not agree with either the name of the network and the password do not agree with the actual equipment in the property, Agni repeated the same error information when contacted â note I have now resolved this IT issue myself
Agni response was to rely on their terms and conditions "Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not have any alternative properties available in a quieter location.
Our terms and conditions do mention that noise can be a factor in certain resorts, particularly those close to the airport or busy areas...Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not have any alternative properties available in a quieter location...wish we could offer a different solution"
Whilst most tourists would accept local background noise, this is far from it and extremely intrusive.
Once again based on my factual experience I would not recommend renting either of these 3 properties, I certainly would never return to this location it is dreadful and I doubt I will use Agni again
