Aaron was great throughout the process, even when it got tight on deadlines was able to ensure that the lenders sorted out any red tape as soon as they could. Very amenable guy too with a quick response rate when you needed any further information.

We couldn’t believe how quick and efficient Rhys and his team were. We were initially introduced to this company a few years ago when we were purchasing a van. We give them a ring on the off chance of purchasing another van with higher millage other motor finance companies wouldn’t do due to millage. These people are the reason your phone has a “Silent” mode. They have been cold calling us multiple times every day, yet when you call them back to ask them to stop, they’re incredibly rude and hang up!

Clearly their only interest is non-stop cold calling at any expense.

Its clear that if they are not going to get what they want from you, bad manners are all they have left.

Cant be trusted at all.

I received a call from bear finance. At the time I was looking for some extra cash. To replace some old tools damaged in a fire. Just to tied me over until the insurance came through. Told then I only wanted 5k. When they called me back. To my surprise, I was informed that the lenders were offering the company between 80k 90k .I was horrified. No, I said to much. Then they persuade me to take 40k. Telling me I was taking the least they would lend me. After thinking about this I told them no. that is to much. Then got a call from a manager. Asking why I refused the 40k. To much I said. Then he tells me I could barrow 25k . Which I said was better. But he even still tried to get me to take 30k. Saying I could buy me self some thing Nice. So now I owe this debt . Which on thinking on it. I still did not want that amount. So my experience with this company is not very good.
but i must say that when bear read this review , i did manage to talk to a director , and after a few minutes of talking to him ,i was happy with the out come . he has apologised, and i am very happy with the out come so i have change my star rating.
