We have used this company for the past 5 years, for buy to let and residential mortgages. Marc is very helpful and honest, always finds the best deals on the market, would highly recommend it.

Dave Elliott went above and beyond to assist us with our Mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and experienced at getting the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Dave and his team at Beard and Cole and I will continue to use them for all my mortgages and connected policies such as life insurance for the foreseeable future.

Information is clear and precise with options that suit our needs. Totally reliable and always a pleasure.
