Couldn't have asked for a better service - cheerful, fast and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to choose Britannia Bearsbys if moving again.

I wanted to write to say how absolutely amazing all the lads were during the packing, loading and unloading of my things during my move away from Kent.
As with the two separate international moves undertaken in the past, during this latest move the company worked amazingly, professionally and speedily without fogetting how important kindness, understanding and tolerance of their client's needs all are.
Everything ran like clockwork and I was so stressed it was such a relief to have the packing and moving process run so seamlessly. It made a world of difference to how I had been feeling.

A shout out to all involved and also for all at the operations end of the move, also very much appreciated as I know how much amin and paper work there must be. I also appreciated the speedy replies to emails, and thank you for the patience in the numerous move date changes. Basically brilliant.

Everyone played an important role in moving me over 100 miles to my new home, it was easy to get a quote, I opted for the packing service and was not disappointed, it was done efficiently and carefully so there was no problem at the other end. The team who physically moved me were helpful and worked so well together it made the day so much less stressful, at my new home it was raining so they expertly parked to reduce the amount of time spent in the rain, everything arrived intact and dry thanks to their efficiency and covering items with blankets.

From the Quotation until completion and the final box unloaded into my new home, Bearsbys where excellent. Must make a special point to say what a great job the two guys who packed up my house did. Most impressive! I would certainly recommend them.

From our first contact we received helpful and courteous advice. The removal crew worked tirelessly and carefully when packing, loading and unloading everything. They completed our move well within the schedule. We are delighted with Bearsbys service and thoroughly recommend them.

From the initial estimate to collecting empty boxes after the move Bearsbys team offered a totally professional,friendly and personal service. During the moving process nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

The whole service was fantastic from start to finish. A second zoom call to view our belongings after our needs changed was no problem. The communication from the teams both in the office and during the removal was outstanding. The removal team were very professional and understanding, and the banter between the team and us made what can be a very stressful ordeal into something much more lighthearted. The team arrived at the property before us and were given access by the site manager, keeping in touch to ensure any issues were dealt with swiftly and that everything went to the right place. We cannot fault any aspect of the service. Very highly recommended by a very happy family!

The guy's could not have been any more helpful, they were brilliant. From start to finish they went out of their way to make the move as easy as possible for us.
From the guy's who came in on the Wednesday in Kent to do the packing and partial loading, the two who actually moved us on the Thursday, and the two guy's who came along to help unload in Cornwall on the Friday, you are a credit to your company, and we can not thank you enough.

Mike, Lee and Ollie did an absolutely outstanding job with our recent move! We had a challenging move from our previous home in Kent were we had lived for 20 years, to our new home in Devon and the boys completed it all fantastically and still smiling even when they had to transfer all the loads from the large lorries to the smaller van as the big lorries didn't fit down our driveway! We couldn't fault the service we received and couldn't have completed our move without them definitely worth every penny and we would fully recommend using Britannia Bearsbys to anyone else looking to move in the future.

The team at Bearsbys were efficient, friendly and made our move run smoothly. Moving a 5 bed house is a big task and the team took it in their stride over the 3 days. They turned up early, got on with job and made sure we were happy at every moment.
With every move you expect something to get broken, bent or damaged, a week later and we haven’t found any problems with our belongings.

Excellent service, arrived when they said, total respect of property and ensured safety of our two dogs throughout. Expertly packed and set off early on moving day. We were delayed by traffic and upon arrival found they had not only unloaded but constructed the beds. THANKS AGAIN GUYS would thoroughly recommend them.

The team made light of packing two vans at a cracking pace. The following day they arrived early at the new house and I was impressed with the sheer energy and the efficiency of unpacking the van. Heavy boxes just seemed to float to the right rooms. We’re not thinking of moving again but if we ever do we’ll be back to Bearsby’s

From start to finish the whole service from Bearsbys has been exemplary.
Starting with Ralph and the whole crew of people, lead by Noel and Paul, that did the packing and moving. Everyone was hard working, polite and knowledgable about everything to do with moving!!

What a pleasure from start to finish!
Right from the off the estimator that we dealt with was professional, polite and made us feel at ease.
When moving day came the removal guys arrived promptly and were also polite and respectful. Everything was organised and we even got to pop out for a coffee while they took care of the loading of our stuff.
Nothing got broken and they took great care in making sure everything went where it was supposed to go.
All in all I couldn’t fault them. They made what could have been a stressful day an absolute breeze.
