Beating your own customer service performance

I got a Beatbot AquaSense Pro 2 sometime in 2024 and had since been a blessing in my pool. The moment i had an issue with it, i mailed the support team and they responded within 24hrs (even on a weekend) with a resolution. Last week, I contacted them again with an issue and today, they sent me a new replacement robot. How do you see that for beating your own better customer service performance? I say thank you

I purchased a BeatBot Aquasense Pro 2 in February of 2025. This robot is a life and time saver when it comes to keeping my pool clean. It scrubs the side and picks up the small particles that are hard to get with the traditional vacuum, it is also great for picking up big leaves as well(very important to me as I have a lot of big trees in my backyard."

Although these robots are pricey, it is well worth it with the amount of time I have saved on pool cleaning!

Beatbot provided one of the best


Beatbot provided one of the best customer support experiences that I can remember. They quickly responded to my inquiry, was able to remotely diagnose my Aquasense 2, and was proactive in sending me a replacement. They kept me informed and up to date throughout the process. I am very happy that I went with Beatbot for my pool robot cleaner.

The Beatbot AquaSense Pro 2 (New Model April 2026)

The Beatbot AquaSense Pro 2 works exceptionally well. But the treatment that you receive from Customer Service for any product is just as important as the product itself. I would say that Beatbot have the best Customer Service that I have ever experienced. I had a problem with my robot after about a year of daily use. I sent the Beatbot Service Department an email, and there was no quibble, no argument - they replaced the machine immediately!
The new Beatbot AquaSense Pro 2 works better than previous models. It now follows a pattern around the pool. It cleans the floor by going up and down in straight lines until the entire floor is clean. It cleans the walls and floatation line the same way, by cleaning a strip and then moving slightly to the side to clean the next strip, and so on until the entire wall is clean. It also cleans the surface, something that many robots don't do.

With the Beatbot AquaSense Pro 2, you will never have to clean the pool manually. It does a perfect job, and if you dispense the water clarifying agent, it leaves the water sparkling.

Highly recommended.

And: A tip for all you Beatbotters on HOW TO CLEAN YOUR BEATBOT'S FILTERS!

If you try to clean them when they are still wet, you'll need a hose and the dirt sprays everywhere!

Before you put your Beatbot on charge, take the filters out, separate them, and leave them upside-down in a plastic basin, preferably in a warm, airy place. Leave them until your Beatbot has charged. When they are dry, all the dirt will have turned into dust and you can clean them easily with a paint brush without wetting them! Any residues should be removed from the interior of your Beatbot before inserting the clean filters. Job done!

Nothing Beats a Beatbot, a true statement

Their company slogan is Nothing Beats a Beatbot and they are right on. Point! Wonderful costumer service, quick response both by email and by phone, now nothing beats that. I purchased a new Sora 70 and I am blown away at the quality of this pool cleaner that lives up to its hype. A true workhorse and Adios to my pool service!

After 2 Years of Excellent Service...

From the moment you start unpacking this pool skimmer robot, you realize that this is a high-end product. Everything looks and feels expensive, well made, nicely finished, and rich in features.

This Beabot iSkim Ultra immediately impresses with a giant solar panel on top, auxiliary front-mounted side brushes, magnetic charging adapter, recovery hook, and even a nice screwdriver for occasional maintenance. A concise user manual, written and in numerous languages, and “Quick Start” card cleanly complete the package.

Now, almost 2 years later and after hundreds of uses, I want to comment on my long-term experience with the Beatbot iSkim.

With both magnetic and solar charging, I find it very easy to keep the iSkim ready for use every time we get our frequent wind gusts that litter the surface of the pool with typical leafy debris. Deploying the Beatbot right after a blow prevents the debris from sinking to the bottom and simplifies pool maintenance by a huge amount, saving a lot of cleaning time and effort.

As its cleaning task progresses, I it describes a “logical” back-and-forth pattern, eventually covering virtually all the pool’s surface, scooping up even the smallest bits and bugs floating on the top of the water. The exceptionally large filter basket holds a substantial amount of trash, typically allowing it to run a full cleaning cycle without needing to be interrupted to empty the basket. As it progresses, it will, at some point, try to hug the wall with one of the side brushes doing a reasonably effective job of removing the leaves accumulated at the wall’s waterline.

Once it has established its “route” the sonar sensors work quite well to avoid the pool walls even though I have a free-form pool with many curves, a “love seat”, and steps with a handrail. As it approaches the wall, the robot slows down dramatically and makes a quick turn and heads in the opposite direction. If it’s in a tight space, it will eventually back up if needed to extricate itself. Occasionally when it is backing up, water flow tends to allow a little of the captured debris to float back out of the collection basket which seemed to be a problem at first. After close examination, I realized that the front of the robot was riding a little bit high in the water. This may have been because I had not attached the optional water clarifier cartridge, so I compensated for the lost weight by adding a small weight (~7 oz. – 200g) into the collection basket to lower the nose a bit, and after that the problem completely vanished.

Unlike many of its competitors, the iSkim has two rotating side brushes that increase its effectiveness by “scooping” debris into its “mouth” and for helping clean the tile at the waterline. The added weight has also made those brushes more effective.

Yesterday, the iSkim suffered a small mechanical problem that I can easily fix, but I needed a plastic part. I contacted Beatbot via email and this morning, a reply in my inbox from a Beatbot representative assured me that the part will be shipped to me shortly under the two-year basic warranty.

This is clearly a welcome sign that the company is not only responsive but is very concerned about giving a positive ownership experience to its customers.

This is a very sophisticated, well-built, smart and effective robotic pool skimmer. With a two-year warranty, responsive customer service, solar cell and wall charging, and a large capacity battery, it has clearly demonstrated its worth to me. It has saved countless hours of tedious skimming with pole and net and clearly done a much more effective job at keeping the pool surface clean than I could ever do manually.

Beatbot AquaSense 2 cordless pool Vacuum

I’m very happy with my Beatbot pool vacuum overall. I especially love how easy the basket is to clean and that it’s completely cordless. Cleaning is even better when using the fine mesh filter basket provided free of charge from Beatbot.
It doesn’t clean quite as thoroughly as my previous Polaris VRX IQ, but the constant cord twisting on the Polaris was a nightmare — even with the swivel, it would tangle on itself all the time. The Beatbot’s freedom from cords more than makes up for the slight difference in cleaning performance.

Beatbot customer service was excellent too — they were very helpful, quick to respond via email, and provided a fast resolution.

Unparalleled Customer Service


We just wanted to share the excellent customer service from Beatbot that we have continued to receive through the years. We pre-ordered our Beatbot Aquasense Pro, the first generation Beatbot, back in January 18th, 2024. Our pool was not even built yet! We had it delivered around March 2024 but did not unbox it until June 2024 as that was when the pool was completed. We started having our first problem with Beatbot Aquasense Pro in October 2024. It started emitting squeeky sounds . After following the instructions for trouble shooting, which includes taking photos and videos, they sent us a replacement. Then even gave me a special consideration in sending the replacement first. Normal policy is they usually won’t send you the replacement one until they get your old one. We then had another issue with the Aquasense Pro July 2025 when we were getting error messages stating to check the roller brush and wheels as there may be something stuck to it. We reported it again and after the usual back and forth of sending photos and videos after doing their suggested trouble shooting, they sent another replacement one again. We also found out that the last replacement we received was a refurbished model. We stated our concern that we should be getting brand new replacements instead. Beatbot listened and they gave us a brand new replacement instead of the usual refurbished one. That would hav been Beatbot Aquasense Pro number 3 for us in a span of one year. Everything has been working well since July 2025 up until this March 2026. We again started getting the error messages of “ Please check the status of the roller brush “ . Our Beatbot Aquasense also started bucking like a horse ! It would navigate the floor and then it would just stand up on its hind legs ! Elaine from Beatbot has been helping me with this. We went through the usual send photos and videos and the trouble shooting as per their recommendation and sent some more photos for validation. I mentioned that this would be our FOURTH replacement if that’s where it is headed and I respectfully inquired at what point Beatbot would just upgrade us to the next model and she came back and said we were approved for the Beatbot Aquasense Pro 2 upgrade ! Not the Ultra, understandably, of course, but nevertheless, it was a pleasant surprise ! In as much as it gets tedious going through problems every year with the Beatbot, customer service has evolved and improved through the years. Thank you , Beatbot, for always listening. One cannot help notice that there is always a new Beatbot coming out every several months like the Ultra and then the X and the Sora 70 and now the Sora 30 which is frustrating because one thinks one could have waited to just buy the newer version if I had known! Amazing Customer Service

Beatbot’s customer service is the highest quality. Not only do I love the product, their customer service follow up and follow through is always prompt and pleasant. These days calling a customer service number and speaking to a human is rare. I got right through to customer service when I called and an immediate email with instructions followed. They helped me resolve my problem and within less than a week of shipping my non-working machine I had a new replacement and am back in business. I have had my A100 pro pool cleaner for almost 2 years. I highly recommend BeatBot products to keep your pool sparkling clean, and customer service is Excellent!!!

Best product on the market!

I purchase the Sora 70 and Not only would I give the product itself a 5-star rating but Beatbot's customer service deserves a 5-star, as well. I have owned other brands in the past and the quality and ability to clean my pool is unmatched. After having the product for a week and a mishap with my dog and the filter, the company shipped me another filter no questions asked. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a pool. The run time for the robot has been around 4-5 hours.

Warranty Claim Experience A+

I had a great customer service experience throughout the process of getting my BeatBot warranty replacement. I’m going to be honest- I was skeptical and doubted that they’d actually send me a new BeatBot when mine malfunctioned. But, even after owning the BeatBot for 10 months, customer service helped me get it done. I also want to thank the company for their excellent communication throughout the process. It's amazing how many reviews repeat the same thing. Best customer service we've ever had dealing with a company. We purchased one for our personal pool and within weeks saw its performance and it immediately was a game changer over our other robot. So much so, we then purchased one for my dad as due to his health he just couldn't continue with his current robot and the extra efforts it took. After his passing we added the skimmer robot for my mother to assist with the leaves due to their wooded lot. These robots have truly given her the independence to keep her pool the way he kept it now that he is gone. She couldn't do it without her beatbots she says! We've had one robot malfunction after the first year and they immediately replaced it. We've had one get a bathing suit string in its gear and the customer service quickly guided us to checking the gears to get it back operational. Simple support by just uploading the robots log and an immediate response of what to try to fix it. Superb company through and through.
