We had no heating or hot water over Easter weekend, reached out to Beau Heat and he came out today. Fantastic service, sorted our issue, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and great conversation (I'm diagnosed AuDHD and he was super understanding and empathetic). Our go to, highly recommended (think I chewed his ear off!)

If I could score more, then I would.
Basically, a lovely man that answers your call, turns up when he says he will, makes everything work, cleans up after himself, doesn't charge you the earth and is a really lovely guy to boot.

Outstanding Engineering Expertise and Professional Conduct

I had an issue with my boiler and Garey responded to my enquiry swiftly and with great professionalism. He was incredibly kind, informative and kept me fully updated through the process.
