Originally bought 4 new tyres. Excellent service above and beyond. I couldn't have been happier. So the next week I went out of my way to go back for the spare as well. It was supposedly balanced as well. I noticed NO WHEEL weights and asked "where's the wheel weights?". Reply was "didn't need them". Completely lied to my face. Had to go somewhere else where they balanced it with LOTS OF WEIGHTS (budget tyre). WILL NOT TRUST EVER AGAIN. PS I have proof

So had a screw in my tyer cars new only 4000 KLM told that it could not be repaired too close to side wall, so I went to Bob Jane's they fixed it ,no charge, this is the second time I've had trouble with Noarlunga centre. The first I went to get 2 new Tyers for my old car told to go to Seaford branch because they had my size in stock. Got there no customers . The guy said why have you come here in a bad tone I said I was sent here because you have my size ,then he told me I needed 4 and he couldn't get the other 2 wasn't interested to be honest. So went to Bob Jane's again, got me 4 new tyres and fitted them. So guess we're I am going next time. Been in hospitality for 35 years thank god it's a lot better than beaurepaires.

This business provides outstanding and professional customer service. Staff take the time to explain things to you. I have only received consistent, friendly and helpful services in all my visits. Would highly recommend the Mt Gravatt branch to other people.

Went there and they couldnt get the wheel nuts off my car and said they were swollen Took it across the road and they did it no issue. Sad

I drove my special needs son to Bendigo with our greyhounds, just to see the festivities but it just got too hot for walking.Unfortunately, I drove over a massive bolt. With my special needs child upset in the car it’s 32° I called into Bendigo Beaurepairs and was greeted by a lovely man, I told him what happened he came out looked at the bolt. While we sat and ate lunch, they fixed the massive bolt from the tyre.
I thanked the man who was fixing a wish him a happy New Year went into pay and was told it was complimentary. I couldn’t believe it. !!
I’m a carer on a pension and $30 can go towards medicines or groceries. I’m very grateful to Bendigo Beaurepairs and would recommend them to anybody please go there you will be helped by professional people you won’t regret it. Thanks once again Bendigo beaurepairs. 👍👍👍

I Arrived unannounced as car indicated a problem with front left tyre, I asked if I needed to replace it and I was told no there was plenty of tread on it. They showed me the nail in the tyre that was causing the problem. They then plugged the hole and fixed the tyre and to my amazement they did not charge for fixing it! They are clearly honest with their assessment of the tyre. When I need tyres I will be back.

My BMW needed the tyres checked and I go to Beaurepaires on Kingsway South Melbourne. A convenient location and friendly staff. Yousef always keeps me informed of the wait time for servicing.
He makes sure I have the best tyres for my budget. Great work guys !

Great service in and out in 60 mins for a wheel alignment and two tires

went into port adelaide for a price on tyres as im going away soon and dont want to be driving on bold tyres.

They damaged all 4 of our rims, and not just little scratches but full chunks, they took 3 hours longer than expected, they took our lock nut key and they tried charging more than the agreed upon amount. The rims came back covered in grease and practically worthless now. Very very unhappy.

Excellent service and knowledge from the team here at Wynnum. Busy store, but they make it happen. They took the time to explain what the problem was, fixed it and made sure my car was safe and road ready, even offering to pop back in a weeks time for check up. Neil and the team at Hobart Beaurepaires provided excellent customer service. Neil took the time to work with me and provided the best tyres to match my budget at an unbeatable price…and I did shop around so was very impressed.
He was a pleasure to deal with, he gave sound professional advice and really cared. The new tyres certainly make a difference in handling and I feel safe on the road now – thank you Neil and the Team.

Great service, friendly attitude at an excellent price. I was unfortunately late for my appointment by an hour, due to morning school rush/missed school bus etc. The team at the Wodonga centre still fit my car in and did the job quickly. Thanks very much.

Had 4 tyres fitted in the hobart branch on 08/08/22. Neil Bahr customer skills and service is second to none a absolute pleasure dealing with him, in and out within a hour can get any better than that.

When I recently went to Beaurepaires in Kew, It was a mixed experience.The tyres were a good brand, professionally fitted and at a reasonable price.
BUT it took 20 minutes too long! So 1 hour and 20 minutes! At one point there was no one in the worksop to finish fitting my tyres, as they had all wandered off to get their lunch. Excuse me, but at least someone could have finish my job!
I started to express my concerns to the manager, and to his credit he started making things happen. But that should not have been necessary. My advice is don't go there at 11.00am in the morning, as the staff seem to "mentally switch off" just before 12.00noon.
That 20 minutes messed up my schedule for the rest of the day.

The telephone system is terrible. Was asked to enter my postcode (in Vic), after 8 minute wait with annoying ad was answered by a person in Qld. Called 2 days later, waited another 8:30 followed by nothing. Gave up after 11 minutes, found the store direct number, called it but got the same ad and queue again. When finally connected the person couldn’t accept payment and put me through to the store; a simple task that took almost 30 minutes! This company seems to have no regard for the customer’s time. If you cant deal directly with your local store, call someone else.

Got a puncture in my run flat tyre on way to work, went into BR Myaree explained I couldn't get back during business hours and the guy who served me had it all sorted, got someone to fix the puncture and I was on my way in about 25min excellent service

As I was leaving the Hyperdome to take my grandson to a Memorial Service for his foster Mother I found I had very flat tyre. Was very worried as grandson upset-drove down to shop & explained my dilemma as had only 1/2 hr before service started. I cannot praise the very pleasant gentleman who repaired my tyre enough as once I explained situation he repaired the tyre immediately. This was at Loganholme on 4 July. Louise
