Fantastic pricing and service - highly recommend!
Order confirmed and shipped to London within 3 days with updates all along the way.

Placed an order and this was confirmed to ship and deliver within 3 days. 8 days past order date and still waiting on it to be picked from warehouse! No telephone numbers on the website to call, just a stupid chatbot which is not helpful. Cannot track orders directly on the website and you have to download a 3rd party app to do this which is not helpful at all.

Avoid ordering from this website, have cancelled the order and ordered from amazon instead

Will not order from here again, and will tell everyone to avoid

Purchased the Joie Finiti Travel System from Beautiful Bambino, it was competitively priced compared to everywhere else! Upon ordering it said delivery within 2-3 weeks, the travel system arrived 2 days later! Very impressed! Would highly recommend this store. The travel system was as described. Wonderful experience thank you.

I decided to order a Bugaboo pram from this store as it was competitively priced and prefer to support small businesses. Really positive experience, the pram arrived very quickly and I am very happy with it. Thank you!

I placed a large order and was surprised it wasn't dispatched immediately, since everything was shown as 'in stock' on the website. After a week, it was still showing as 'in stock' so I contacted Beautiful Bambino, only to be told it wasn't actually in stock, but it would arrive early the following week. After 3 weeks with no further update, I had to contact them again. That time, they did dispatch the order.

Bought a Cybex Sirona T Car Seat & it was delivered within a few days. Got tracking details etc via DPD. Would purchase from them again.

What a terrific store! Katie could not have been more helpful. She answered all my questions and guided me to the right product. Really swift delivery too. I will definitely be back when I require further baby kit and will recommend to friends.

Product exactly as described and half the price from buying from the original retailer, ordered and delivered within 3 days. Very happy and highly recommend.

I made an order for a car seat on the 22nd March with an expected 1-2 week wait. I believe there was a delay with the arrival of stock and there was no proactive communication about this.

This broke down my trust with Beautiful Bambino as a brand and supplier and when I called up on the 11th April to chase it took 3 calls before I even got through to someone.

When I did get through I was reassured that you'd update me on when stock would be arriving and would be in touch. You did not get back in touch and I had to reach out again on the 14th for an update. Here I informed you I found the car seat much cheaper elsewhere and arriving next day so would be cancelling the order. You offered a discount which I declined and was reassured by two staff that my order would be cancelled.

I did not get refunded and they held my money until their stock arrived and I got a shipping notification on 7th May. Where I had to proactively call them again to cancel my order which they finally did.

This company is unprofessional, hard to get hold of and it requires a lot of energy to chance them. They are also very cold and unsupportive and not apologetic whatsoever over the phone.

This is our go to place for baby items, we have bought lots from them over the last year for our grandson in Dubai, the staff are so knowledgeable and are so helpful showing us the car seats and pushchairs so we can video them to our daughter before we buy, nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

I ordered an item on 23rd December as had been let down by another company on an order which was a Xmas gift for my granddaughter. Within 24 hours it was on my doorstep and wrapped ready for Xmas!

Purchased an Ergobaby Omni Breeze carrier whilst I was pregnant. I was at that time completely unaware that there is a huge counterfit market for ergobaby carriers until attending a local sling library. I was then concerned that Beautiful Bambino wasn't showing up on the Ergobaby website in the store locator tool as being an authorised retailer for ergobaby. Buying from an authorised retailer or direct from ergo baby are the only way you can guarantee it is a genuine product and not a counterfit and also ergobaby will only honour its guarantee/ warranty if purchased from an authorised retailer. I sent an email query to ergobaby and they responded confirming that Beautiful Bambino is an authorised retailer of their products and has been for a number of years. They explained that their store locator tool is not currently up to date and is in the process of being updated. This was a relief. Overall the store were very good, gave a competitive price and the shipping was quick. N.B I have updated this review following Ergobaby responding to my email enquiry

I received the wrong item from this company and was quite upset about it. I cannot be happier with the efforts they made to rectify the mistake. Although I couldn’t get my order at the time I needed it. The company sent out my order for free without charging me to truly apologise for a mistake that was made. I respect them for what they’ve done and would recommend anyone to buy from here as they’re genuinely wonderful people that know how to make their customers happy. They truly deserve 5*’s

Great service from this company after purchasing an Oyster travel system.

An item was missing from the delivery and Natalie was extremely helpful. I must add the missing item was due to DPD and not Beautiful Bambino.

Purchased a Mamas and Papas changing mat on Monday 4th March, chased on 15th March as no further communication since.
Told the mat is on a 2-3 week waiting time? I buy online a lot and I’m certain this wasn’t displayed on the website, either that or fairly hidden. Told it would be shipped out next day when it arrives with tracking number - ignored my request for refund.
Chased again on 28th March, a whole 3.5 weeks later! Magically it had arrived that morning and shipped out for next day delivery. Considering the next day was Good Friday I told them I can’t believe it would be delivered, they have provided no tracking number and zero comms sent to me to say it had been given to courier.
Asked again for refund which I’m waiting for.

Would avoid!

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from.

I bought a cot from them that arrived in soaked damaged boxes (as in they were full of water). I sent the photos as well as the information from the delivery driver (who was also appalled).

Upon opening the box I found that the back panel was cracked (presumably water damage), the runners didn't fit, and an all round expensive cot was damaged.

I immediately notified them and sent photos, I was told they could arrange to replace the missing parts, perfect as I loved the cot.

However, before that was organised my son was able to remove the screws by hand and put them in his mouth while in the cot, making the cot incredibly dangerous (luckily I was sat in the room when I saw him doing it), this rendered the cot useless, not fit for purpose and incredibly dangerous.

I contacted them again with photos etc and a list of problems with the cot (there were more than there is time to list here), I was told the best they can do is replace parts which was going to take weeks if not months (their words not mine).

I requested to return for a refund as my faith in the safety of the cot was completely compromised at this point. They refused because they're a "small business", well surely then you should look after your customers, as I had planned to replace the cot with a different brand from this company thinking I was just unlucky.

The weight of the drawer damaged my carpet (as did not go on runners).

I ended up getting my solicitor involved after a year of back and forth communication with the company, and even he was appalled by the poor customer service and the attitude of the owner over the phone.

This should have been rectified within the 30 days of receiving the product. We planned to go to court, however I found out I was expecting my second little one and with a high risk pregnancy was advised not to deal with the stress.

So I am now down over £600, with a cot that is dangerous and unusable and I can't even sell it due to the safety risk it poses.

Absolutely shocking and appalling. I wish I'd read the reviews on trust pilot before my purchase as that would have put me off. I have told anyone expecting a baby to avoid this company to avoid the stress I have had to go through.

Visited the store today, driving from Leicestershire in order to purchase a crochet moses basket that I had first seen sold by the company when attending the Manchester Baby Show.

I was quite unsure which colour to go for - the company had so many in stock and the lady who dealt with us was absolutely wonderful. She brought out lots of different options for us to take a look at and we eventually chose one.

I’d definitely recommend visiting the store if you can as they have more options available than it is possible to display on their website!

A very happy Mummy & Daddy to be after purchasing from this company - I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again if we needed anything else for our newborn.
