Absolutely terrible shop would have given it 0 starts if possible. I made an order on 31st of March with 2-4 days standard shipping and didn’t receive my order in time. Did not receive any tracking details or updates. It reached the 6th of April and i still hadn’t heard anything so emailed them to chase it up and didn’t hear a response from them, emailed again and the 9th of april and didn’t get a response till the 12th of april where they apologised and said it’ll be specially shipped the next day which was very late for me and was forced to ask my dad to buy the hair for me at another shop ( i 100% recommended you to buy your hair from PAK’s as they’re very reliable). They then emailed me on the 12th apologising and said my order was delayed because of strikes and they offered me a refund of my delivery fee which initially declined then they offered me
50% refund + my order + my refund of my delivery fee in return i have to remove the negative reviews i left on trustpilot and google
reviews which i thought was fair since they inconvenienced me so much. which i did immediately and let them know. They then responded that my 50% refund will be processed. By the 18th of April i hadn’t received my 50% refund i kept my part of the deal but they have failed to so i emailed them on the 18th asking what’s going on and still haven’t heard anything back. Today is now the 21st of April and haven’t heard anything back so have been forced to pit my reviews back up. Do not shop with Beautizone, poor customer service and unreliable i’m very disappointed.

Shopping with Beautizone was a good experience. The quality of the goods seemed good, and the site has a range of beauty products.

Top tier service. The clinic is clean, the staff are brilliant, and they really know what they’re doing. No pushy sales, just honest advice and great results.

Right now i am trapped with the items they delivered to me. The quality of the item is far different from what i usually buy and use. How can a company can be so unprofessional. The website denied customers from processing Return/Refund. Therefore, they can ship anything to customers and frustrate their effort to return or seek refunds when they aren't satified with goods they received. This is crazy how UK government alow such business to exist and exploite people.
Also the phone number displayed on their website doesn't work, you could dial that number for month. They never replied to emails. They just take your money and ship anything they like to you

Ordered braiding hair and hair oils and everything arrived quickly and well packed. Quality was spot on and exactly what I expected. Will definitely. Will definitely order again.

Hair Extensions was soft, true to lenght and nicely packed. Delivery was so faster than expected. Very pleased with the quality for the price.

I have not received my purchase of LA press powder after I purchased it 7 days ago and paid for it to be delivered in 2-4 working days.
I have emailed my inquiries twice now and have not had any response. I am so angry.

They had the products I required and at a good price. Items were dispatched quickly with Royal Mail tracking. Good service.

Good prices, customer service and value in product quality. Better, less expensive and cumbersome than eBay.

If I could score lower I would!!! My second time ordering from them and my package stated that it was delivered however I had not received it. Sent an email on the 11/10 and have still not received any response. Basically just stole my money.

I have purchased 8 shampoos which ai have paid for, they brought only 3. I have sent a couple of emails to them, no response. I have trued calling no answer. Pls stay away as not reliable.

I placed 2 orders a month ago that hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed 3 times and nobody has responded with an update on the order, or a refund. The tracking number says that the orders were sent. Very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service.
I got my order promptly but was missing 3 items with a note attached to say it would be delivered later.
I have had nothing over the past 3 weeks. No email update no delivery. I have had to email 3 times which then asks me the same question what's my order number then they can't seem to reply.

I am still waiting for my delivery or a refund!

Avoid at all costs!

Very slow delivery. Order still not received despite 3-4 working day shipping time (ordered over a week ago). No response when emailed. Very poor, would avoid!

I bought 3 L.A.colors Sable lip Pencil
In the package, I received other lip Pencil from a different company in a very dark color, almost black.
I don't use that color.
I wrote several times that I wanted to return them and asked for a refund.
No one replied.
Don't buy from Beautizone.
