Products arrived quick and well packed. I‘ve been trying out Joseon products for a week now and although I have sensitive skin it feels soft and well nourished, so they work for me.

I've been trusting Beauty and Seoul with my skincare for a few years now and have never been disappointed! Great selection of vegan products, and the customer service has always been top quality.

I've been shopping with Beauty & Seoul for about 5 years now and ever since my first discovery of the site thanks to Maree's guide to the 7 step Korean skincare routine, I have never shopped anywhere else for my skin products save physical shops when I've needed something urgently and been in an area with a shop.
The products are always high quality and the free samples in every order, no matter the cost of your order, mean you almost always discover something that works for you. I've got a few holy grails (Klairs Gentle Black Cleansing Oil, Isntree Hyaluronic Toner + Moisturiser Cream, AHA/BHA Corsx Toner, among others) that I wouldn't have discovered worked for me had I not got them in samples.
You'll always get a thank you card with the samples which is definitely mass produced but still something lovely, and in my most recent order, Maree herself had hand written a thank you and sent a full size House of Dohwa Pumpkin Mask which is gonna become a new favourite with how well its work for me.
Normally I just review and recommend through word of mouth, but I've shopped here for long enough and indulged in so many products that I absolutely can't not recommend them here.

I've bought from Beauty & Seoul several times over the years and have had an excellent service every time. The products get dispatched and arrive promptly and are well-packaged so the items aren't damaged. Maree puts little samples in too, which is really lovely. B&S are my first stop when I want to buy new k-beauty products!

Beauty and Seoul is my favourite online shop. Being able to get Korean skincare all in one place is a lifesaver. They have always provided amazing customer service over the years. They’re so generous with a variety of free samples to try different products. I recently received some free full sized products with a personal message from the founder, Maree. Moral of the story is get yourself a girl’s girl to provide your skincare!
