SCAM.!! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered some mullein drops from this supposed company. The payment was taken on the 11th of june. The company was advertised as BEAUTY DIAMOND. but the payment was under lyndon diamond.
I sent multiple emails...over 10 . With no replies to any. & the spanish phone number on the site when called didnt exist. Unfortunately id not looked at trust pilot reviews beforehsnd.
Please dontake the same mistake as me.
The payment was through the SHOP app so i presumed it would be a reputable company...how wrong i was

Ordered a bio ionic curling iron for my daughter.
After a month of chasing as nothing was delivered, I asked for a refund. In fairness, they did refund my money, but there was back and forth by emails for weeks, then I threatened to report them to trading standards and financial ombudsmen, and they gave me the money back in my account. The following week, the product arrived.
A very cheap Chinese knock off called Fire Phoenix, even had a Chinese plug fitting. I would not trust this product. It looks like it will be dangerous, the instructions are in Chinese and it’s not what was ordered.
You can buy this online in Asia for around £20.. Not the £108 I paid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - it’s 100% A SCAM..

This place doesn't even rate 1 star! Ordered a bionic hair curler waited weeks. £122 later and they send me a cheap knock off plastic version and when I emailed to complain they offer me 30% voucher to use on the site!! Shameful disgusting company. Do NOT order from them!!

I order a cream, received the fake one. I emailed them so many times , provided all the photos of the product, but no refund or response. So pleaseeee don’t order anything.
Everythings are 100% fake.

SCAM - sends you cheap alternatives

Ordered DR Melaxin balm as advertised on beauty diamond website, received FAKE unbranded cheap plastic alternative. Customer service very poor when I asked for a refund was told I could have 50% of total paid but not a full refund. Item is FAKE! Policy states refund given in 7 days but they do not abide by this policy. Terrible product terrible customer service awful experience.

SCAM - AVOID
They advertise high-end products then send cheap and nasty ones instead.
I thought I was purchasing a Bio Ionic long barrel hair curler for £119.99 - what I received was a FirePhoenix hair curler (a cheap Chinese piece of rubbish)
When I contacted them to arrange a return and a refund they said they don’t accept returns on beauty products and instead would send me 30% discount coupon to spend on something else!!!!

Do not buy from this website, they are scammers. The hair curler they sent to me is completely different to the one on their website. It came from China with a Chinese plug. When I asked for a refund the email was blocked.

RUN! DO NOT BUY From them!!!Total scam! I ordered a Nodpod weighted eye mask or so I thought. On the websight Everything looked legit when purchased I received a cheap replica in a plastic bag. They will not refund because it is a beauty item. I contacted my credit card company for a dispute on purchase. I wish someone would give this company a taste of their own medicine and take them down.

Absolute scam! I ordered a nodpod. Cheap knock off in plastic like something from a fun fair. Awful! They offered me 30% off another purchase. Like I will ever buy from them again!! Disgraceful.

I ordered a NODPOD eye mask on 5/12/25 received today 30/12/25 I paid $62 AUS, The item is a fake not NODPOD brand as advertised , I have a NODPOD eye masks it has the name embroidered on the mask and comes in a round cylinder with the logo printed! And the beads are some sort of crystal not sure the round beads in the real NODPOD !! Don’t be fooled it’s a FAKE

Scammed unfortunately. Please do not use this company. I did get something but not what I ordered and paid significantly too much.

Realicé un pedido a principio de septiembre. Se envía un código para facilitar al repartidor y que se haga la entrega segura, pues no se sabe a quien se entregó pero tras varios contactos con esta empresa, culparon a la empresa de reparto. Hablé con la empresa de.reparto varias veces también, finalmente comprobaron que fue una entrega fallida y ya podía solicitar el reembolso del pedido no recibido. Pues a estas alturas de diciembre (dia 15), ni responden mis correos, ni me devuelven el dinero, ni se hacen responsables de nada. 42€ me han robado y horas de llamadas y correos a unos y a otros,.para no solucionar nada. Lamentables, la peor experiencia de compra (de robo mas bien) de mi vida.
No recomiendo en absoluto esta "empresa"de...lo que sea que hay detrás de esta estafa.
