Ordered a wig a month ago never received it.They refused to refund me I will never patronize this wig company again.I have ordered so many wigs from them to be given the runaround about an item I spent my money on.I keep checking tracking number it’s still saying label created but it has yet to be shipped out.A whole month and still nothing.Please just refund me my money!!!!!

Found the website on instagram in January and have been ordering ever since the hair quality is great nit easily tangled and last a long time not to mention they provide hair bags so you can have proper storage of the hair and not to mention their shipping time is on top of the game no delays I highly recommend.

Rosie was a great service rep, she was friendly and kept me informed. I have orders from the company before and will again.

I ordered a wig, they didn't have it in stock for immediate delivery. They offered me the 22inch wig and I only had to pay $20. The difference was almost $40. GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE. 10/10

I just relocated to the US recently and I ordered my first hair from beauty forever it was top notch quality and fast delivery but this second time experience wasn’t that great because I had to email them several times concerning my package because it took longer than i expected but the hair quality and packaging was amazing so yeah I will be getting more hairs from them they just need to keep up with the fast delivery rather than that ,their customer service is Amazing…

I have been ordering from Beautyforever for quite a while now I love the hair.
I typically wear curly hair, but this time I ordered straight hair. I really love the quality of the hair get so many compliments working in the beauty industry. Everyone wants to know where I order my hair. Thanks, beauty forever.

The customer service, & finding the perfect wig for me. It included a little help but I was a satisfied customer.

It smelled like it had beed curled and couldn’t get the smell out so wont use it at all. Hate I waisted my money.

Love the wig I first got came on time I ordered one more can’t wait to get that one

I followed the instructions for a refund and once the hair was received I was assured I would get it but as of today I still haven't. Always pay through PayPal because they will help you get your refund. I will be ordering though Amazon from now on because if anything is wrong, you can always return it and get your money back. Very disappointed with Beauty Forever customer service!!!

I ordered a wig for my birthday. The wig came thin, dry and it sheds like a dog. I deep condition the hair to try to help with the dryness and shedding. That did not work. I emailed them twice but no response. I have ordered a few wigs from them, this is my first time having a problem. Now I am out of wig a for my bday bc theres no way I can wear it bc it sheds so bad. But if this is how they treat their loyal customers by not responding to their emails to try to work out a solution.. I will not be ordering from them again.

They went above and beyond in helping me get a replacement for an order that was stolen from me when they didnt have to. I will be purchasing again

I haven’t received my product yet but when I contacted the company costumer service was very helpful and responded to my questions promptly

Absolutely beautiful I love love the texture and color of the wig and how your company expedited my order. I was so pleased and I apologize for underestimating your company this was my very first time ordering from your company and of course I’m very well pleased. I’m so pissed off I could cry! I ordered two wigs for my birthday weekend which is this weekend. Out of the blue I see that my status has updated to cancel so when I inquired and support response was to tell me that it was probably something with the bank and to try another card. I’ve been wearing wigs for many many years , I purchase at least two wigs every single month from my reliable wig companies and not one time has this happened. If their system only takes certain cards from certain banks they need to upgrade. And now my birthday weekend is ruined because I don’t have any hair. My advice is to stick to your reliable vendors that you have been using instead of trying something new. Never again

I didn’t receive my package even though it was marked delivered, I reached out to the support team via email and they responded and fixed the issue in a timely manner .
