I love burmax! I just received my first student kit and needed additional manikin tote bags, and was able to grab them easy at reasonable prices 🫶

Received item in a reasonable amount of time and it was exactly as described.

The website had many glitches

Website is slow but manageable

i was almost double charged. the site kicked me off after i’d submitted a payment for my cart.

Very easy to navigate website and place my order.

The most terrible customer service was given to me by the rude people. I called them to place an order as their website was not working. The rude woman told me she can’t help me???? She told me rudely that go back to website when it’s working. Almost felt they don’t care about the sale of their products

Marissa and Victoria are attentive, and very capable professionals, they replied to my messages promptly and with clarity, this is despite the fact that the product delivered did not match the product that was depicted on the website.

I ordered a week ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet.

Everything was great. I did have a slight issue entering my address information but that might have been an issue on my part as I was using my phone. Regardless everything came in time and was exactly as it appeared online. Very pleased.
