Fue bueno encontrar una persona que atienda mi solicitud y sea personalizado, espero sea una muy buena solución y asi quedar conforme al mal rato que pase.

Evidentemente fue un error la suscripción, estoy segura que es una empresa de calidad, agradezco que sus respuestas a mi solicitud sea rápida y hayan entendido mi postura.

Biggest scam ever. Through phishing they ask you to make a symbolic payment to receive a backpack after filling in a questionnaire. Never received a backpack, the symbolic payment was obviously a trick for card verification. Without any authorization they activated a subscription of €37. Like what???? They already charged two times. Blocked my card now and requested a new one at my bank.

The company is registered in Cyprus and I will make a complaint to the CCA in Cyprus and as well to the ECC (Europe Consumer Commision) to stop this scam!!

I will also complain elsewhere

Mon expérience n'a pas été à mon attente,car la publicité de ce article pour lequel je suis allée sur ce site et j'ai fait commande n'a pas été conforme,si bien qu'a un moment donné j'ai été très inquiet pas rapport à mes données bancaires..???? Voilà mon avis.

The support team was able to explain the processes to me thoroughly- there their assistance has been very helpful.

They are making you fill in a survey on a different website where you can get a very discounted backpack. Once you make that small payment of 2€, they use it as card verification and charge you a subscription of €37,83 every two weeks. I contacted the company and they say a refund is not possible even though I mever authorized this purchase of a subscription, this was also nowhere mentioned!!! They are using phishing to lure you in and charge you money for nothing!! WATCH OUT

Avoid like the plague. They take random money amounts from your account on random days and don't send any invoices to see what it was for.

Still waiting for my money back. Beautyshopvip , département customer service, ask you before to pay back to remove your negative comment, but they true negative comment. Or it will take more time….just be careful with scam and juke emails
