I went with my daughter to buy her a present. Iffad assisted us and his customer service was outstanding, friendly, engaging and helpful, it made the whole experience very pleasant and we walked away very happy with our purchase.

Poor initial service
There were 3 young women in the shop. One was advising a customer-the other two were in the shop. I was left waiting >20 min before I left. I came back an hour later and was seen-I did buy something, and the service was OK at the end, but if you cannot deal with one customer at a time, there is something wrong!
