Very warm welcome with no pressure, the lady that served me was professional & friendly, showing me the item I was interested in, giving me advise, but allowing me to make the decision to purchase.

Staff were friendly and helpful. No discrimination between small or large purchase

Super staff spent some money with them over the years and always a go to at Christmas for me.

I reserved my order so that I could have a look at what I was buying first, I was welcomed by Ruby at the store and asked if I wanted a drink while I was waiting, she quickly returned with my order for me to look at a pair of earrings for my girlfriend, I decided to buy them once I had seen them.

The staff were very attentive, polite and professional. They had to order my watch as they didn't have one on the premises and it arrived when they said it would. The atmosphere was very relaxed, the personal service was brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Adam at the Merry Hill was extremely polite, professional and helpful dirijg ky visit leading to my purchase.

He showed great product knowledge and customer care.

The assistant was very patient and helpful.
Refreshments was also offered during our visit.
