Very nice staff

The staff were welcoming and very helpful from the first minute. They showed their knowledge of the ring I bought without trying to push me to a more expensive one. They genuinely seemed interested in why I was there. Customer service at its best!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially Shaylin who helped me! Shop was nice and has a great selection of different jewellery.

Lovely customer service at the Stirling store very knowledgeable staff

Passing the store in the Ridings, Stirling when I noticed a beautiful ring. My husband immediately asked if I'd like it. We popped into the store and enquired about it. The sales assistant was extremely professional and engaging. The ring needed resizing which was organised and it would be ready in a few days. I've now collected it and it's my beautiful birthday present. I'm a very lucky lady

To put it simply the sales girl Molly I think her name was was absolutely amazing made to feel welcome immediately you walked in the store.
Molly is an absolute credit to Beaverbrooks.

Great hospitality and welcome. Staff remembered me as I purchased a gift for my sister in July. I asked for a few items to view - no problem for staff. Would definitely visit again. Stirling is my go to area for gifts etc.

My initial impression wasn't great. The blonde woman gave me such a look as to suggest I might be a homeless person there to rob them or something which had come off of a particularly grubby shoe. She couldn't pass me off fast enough to the new girl, Sienna I think.

Sienna was a joy to deal with and frankly the only thing that persuaded me to continue my purchase. I will give this store a 2nd chance, entirely because the customer service rescue mission from Sienna

Order was placed, then received two days later.
Kept updated regularly and actually received ahead of time.
Purchase was well wrapped up and secure, definitely recommend their on line service.

Absolutely outstanding service!
I purchased some gifts for my bridesmaid and flower girl. Items were ordered promptly and all made up into gift bags.
Could not fault any part of the service. I wouldn’t be looking at any other jeweller from now on.
