Same as everybody else. I can't believe I didn't read the reviews, I've just lost money and I feel like I've been laughed at. Scam.

I would give them no stars at this point if I was able. I am still waiting on my package I ordered October 24th. The back and forth emailing is beginning to become a nuisance as well, though I suppose I am thankful to at least have some form of communication. “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience” yet won’t refund me my money so I can move on. I’m told I must receive this long lost item and then send it back, shipping on ME. Did I mention I am awaiting an item they have now claimed to have shipped for a THIRD time?! At this rate I believe I’ve been scammed. Please DO NOT BUY!!

I regret purchasing from Bebe Amour. Their refund policy is extremely misleading. After receiving an item that didn’t meet my expectations, I requested a refund, only to be offered a measly 15% refund or the option to return the item at my own expense, which would cost £20 for postage.

To make matters worse, they don’t even have a proper customer service email address—just a generic "@gmail.com, making communication difficult and unprofessional. Their customer service is unhelpful, and it feels like they rely on customers giving up due to the high return costs.

I strongly advise reading their refund policy carefully before buying anything from them. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Please don’t do it. Same as all the other reviewers - an absolute scam. I always read reviews and cannot believe I didn’t this time, I’m so gutted. Their website is so convincing. The wrap is far too small, I’m a size 10 and can’t get it over me with my baby in. As everyone else; I reported it and they offered me a pitiful 20% refund (a ridiculous £6). I said no, they offered me 50%, I said no I want 100% refund and no further comment. I’ve left comments on instagram and they blocked me from there within minutes. I’m so upset, I’m a new mum with a colic baby and just wanted something to have where I could keep her close by and comforted but get bits done around the house. This site needs to be shut down.
It’s also laughable that their email address is @gmail.com. Don’t even have their own one.

Zero stars! Same experience as everyone else, awful piece of fabric that is way too small, so asked for an exchange. I stupidly sent it back at my own cost (sent it myself so thankfully not £20!) to try and get the bigger size. They have been fobbing me off since October saying they have sent another one and when they send tracking info it doesn’t work, surprise surprise! I have asked for a refund but very much doubt I will see any money.
I am ashamed that I didn’t look into the company before I ordered. Complete waste of money and effort! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I wish I read all these before buying as my experience is exactly the same as everyone else's.

This company is a fraud, they post pictures of other companies products and advertise them as their own.

I bought a navy one which turned out to be royal blue, cheap quality and way smaller than what was advertised so I could never use it.

I requested a return but they want to charge you $20 for postage which is nearly half thr products price.

I tried to reconcile it with their customer service team who basically didn't help resolve anything.

I then escalated to my card company where Bebe Amour sent false information to them saying they reached out to me *the day I started the claim*, completely failing to submit any records that I've had a long email chain with them already...

I'm still waiting for some reconciliation...

Please do not buy from this company I always read reviews before buying and didn’t on the occasion. The product isn’t the same it doesn’t even fit on my body let alone fit my son into it with me! I asked for a refund and understand I had to pay for postage. Apparently it’s $20 to return the item or I have to accept 20% refund! Absolute joke

I bought the comforter sling (thankfully before seeing the negative reviews on here!) and it’s a lovely quality product. It was a couple of days later than expected so I emailed the company and got a friendly and prompt reply. It then arrived the next day so I was really relieved and pleased. I would recommend them but obviously I may have just been lucky as other people had had worse experiences it seems from the other reviews, but I thought it was important to share my positive experience too.

Honestly please anyone that is looking on this site do not use them products are terrible they have fake reviews and shipping is a joke if you want to return product. They basically scam you into having to keep the product. They scammed me out of £30 please don't buy save your money.Ontop of that had to wait 3 weeks for delivery shocking

Baby sling was tiny and clearly faulty. They refused a full refund, only offering half and that took over a week to finally get agreed.
Don't use!

I would put no starts but I can’t,
I waited 1 months to arrive!, once it arrive the product was not as I imagine, I wanted to return it, of course they have a return policy, but before you have to pay the shipping that cost 20 euros! It is clearly a scam!! Thanks Bebe Amour for nothing!

My parcel is lost as admitted by delivery company on 26th September and I have sent this proof to bebeamour however, they are still refusing to believe me or issue any refund as there has been an error and the item states deliver 23.59pm on the 19th September a week prior - even with proof from the courier it is lost A WEEK LATER, they are still refusing to believe me. Terrible customer service and empathy for customers in this situation.

Sounds like most of the others in these reviews. Waited three weeks. Ordered two and though they are pretty, I weigh 105 and can barely get it around my middle. I cannot get it around me if I have a sweatshirt on. My daughter tried to get her 1 year old in it yesterday and he screamed ... there is NO ROOM FOR THE BABY! This company will be turned in to the Michigan Attorney General. On Monday. Unbelievable. I feel stupid I did not research better.

The carrier arrived after three weeks and I can honestly say it bears no resemblance to the pictures or videos. I'm not a large lady but I struggled to even get it over my head let alone put a baby in it. There is nothing on the website to indicate that this US based company are in fact selling cheap Chinese tat and there is a £20 cost to send it back. If they were in the UK they would be reported to trading standards. I mistakenly thought (because I paid pounds for it) they were UK based. I've given up trying to return it..

Do not buy from this company, they are trading by using another company’s images and reviews.
Would have given this company no stars if I could. Absolutely awful, like everyone else I waited over three weeks for the carrier to arrive. It doesn’t look anything like the photo and is so unsafe for my baby!
I emailed customer service for the return information and I was also told that I would have to pay £20 to return it or accept a 20% refund. There is no way I am sending them another £20.
Such a shame as I so desperately wanted a baby carrier.

I waited ages for the item, so I decided to cancel it.
I was told I could not cancel, had to wait for the item to return it and was told I would have to pay for the shipping estimated around $20. As a gesture of goodwill they said they would refund me 20% of what I paid.

The item arrived - it has a small hole in the fabric and the stitching is loose. The product is terrible and the company should be ashamed.

If I were to use this item, in its current state it would not be safe for my baby!

I have emailed the company with pictures they offered to send a replacement even though I stated the item does not fit big women - It will only fit over my head - when I asked for a refund they have said I have to pay.

I have asked why I have to pay for a faulty item that is too small and dangerous to be sent back to them and they have passed it to a manager to look into.

From a mum, who doesn't have a lot of money and wished I never spent it on this item!

Horrendous!
I wish I had checked the reviews sooner.
The item is not fit for purpose and cannot be used.
The shipping also took almost 3 weeks.
The returns policy is so vague and they want $20 to make a return back to Asia or you can accept a 20% refund.
In no part of the returns policy does it state that this would be the case and it clearly says you can make a return within 15 days.
I would avoid at all costs.
Item not fit for purpose, appalling customer service and impossible to get a refund.

I bought this product and waited for 3 weeks and the product that arrived was poorly packaged, there was no label at all and it was incredibly small, how can I put my baby in it when I can't even fit inside?,That's why I'm saying it's not fair at all. They don't provide a prepaid return label and they also offer a 20% option. This is very bad customer service because I can't wait and use this item for a very long time and on top of that I have to wait at least 2 weeks for my money to come back. Believe me, I really regret buying from this company.

My item never arrived and despite numerous emails where I have chased and requested a refund they are totally ignoring me.

Like everyone else on these reviews I wish I had read the reviews first before wasting my money.

They are thieves because once they have your money they then go ghost and refuse to help you if there is any problem now I’m contacting my bank to claim the refund.
