Faultless buying experience.....

Faultless and easy ordering online followed by great progress communication and Express delivery. Excellent packaging and condition of my guitar when unboxed.

Excellent service

Excellent service, Becketts notified me 22nd July of new Bromo stock, ordered guitar on Wednesday 23rd July guitar arrived Friday 25th July. 5 star rating.

Efficient and quick service.

Found a mute on online at this shop. Was a good price and free delivery. Mute turned up very quickly and was exactly as described. What more could I want. Excellent service....

Thanks for the review Mary. Unfortunately Yamaha spares have been a major issue this first half of the year. They installed a new computer system to handle stock, invoicing etc which should have been online by early Feb. It is still not up and running fully. Some goods including the ones we shipped have been on order since Dec 2024!! Once they arrived we shipped within 24 hours.
Just a brief explanation of the delay - we are still playing catch up.
Once you have fitted these I feel sure it was worth the wait - I wish I could have sped all these orders up.

A really hard to find product.

I couldn't get hold of replacement upper and lower felts for a Clavinova, anywhere. I gave my address to be contacted if they came back in stock. I forgot all about it for a month or so, still checking on E-Bay, online shops et al. I got an email informing me they were back in stock, I ordered them and they arrived in a day or so. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Very helpful when I phoned to enquire about an item which was out of stock. Got the item 3 days later and excellent advice on how to fit it.
